I sent him over $3000 USD over 5 months ago. my children's and my money was wired to him he promised to send my product and even gave me his word many times which was all lies. He is a con and does not feel bad about stealing from you. He is a thief.

Please reconsider if you plan to order organic products from National Organics Pvt. Ltd in NEPAL.

Last August (2020) we ordered organic certified soapnuts from 'Hari Poudyal' at ‘National Organics.' We paid US$6, 000 by bank transfer. This was not our first time to purchase from this business. We had spent months building a partnership. However, this time, Hari continually delayed the order. At the time we were very understanding because of the covid lockdowns. However, even after the lockdowns ended, Hari had not sent the shipment.

Then from February (2021) Hari began to make up lies that our soapnut shipment had been dispatched but no shipping documents were ever sent and no goods have arrived in Korea. After 16 months we have heard nothing from Hari about our soapnuts and we have no goods.

We are currenlty taking formal and informal actions to get our fund back, then will take a legal action against National organics for our business damage.

We are a UK based small business. We paid 50% advance for a shipping of soap nuts to one employee/director (don't know what he is) named Hari Chandra Poudyal in Dec'18.
There was a delay from our side to send some leaflets to attach until end of Jan'19.
Then it all started, excuses after excuses for not sending the shipping to us by Hari. It is May now, and we still have not received the goods.

First Hari said they have an issue in management changing, company being dissolved, etc.. and our goods may be shipped by end of Feb. We waited. Nothing happened at end of Feb.
We got a bit furious and exchange of words somewhere in Mar, obviously because our money is stuck there without any security. We asked for the money to be refunded. The response was that there is no way for them to refund.
Then they asked that we wait until end of Mar. We agreed with half heart and waited.

End of Mar, they went a bit rigid and did not respond to ur messages or calls. When they did, instead of excuses, we have been told off. We calmed down and accepted another extension until end of April. At one point, Hari told to my staff "We're not your typical Indian business people to not keep our promises". THEY GOT A BIT RACIAL TOO.

End of April, Hari came back with another excuse that "their brother's wedding arrangements are on", and hence our shipment will delay by another 2 weeks. How professional is that?!

Now our money is stuck without a way to be refunded. No promise of a shipment. Time and effort wasted.

All through this, Hari had been unresponsive in a number of instances. Does not provide any updates on the progress. In principle, we haven't seen them caring for their customer.

Only because of them, we are dropping this line of our product and took a big dent on our revenue targets. It is an otherwise fair product. Why should be lose to our competitor for a bad irresponsible supplier?!

An otherwise good communicating Hari, changes into a different person when it comes to the shipping deadlines. None of their other employees would respond for any queries, no matter whether it is over phone or email.

PS: It is not the first time we are having trouble with this company and Hari. The previous shipment had similar issues, but we believed in Hari's excuses and went for another order.

Please stay away from this company, if you are a small/medium business, and cash flow & peace of mind is important for you.
