I've never been a coffee drinker but I like the health benefits of RYZE Mushroom coffee. I can drink it "black" or now I'm liking it mixed with the creamer. To be honest...I had been drinking it each morning from like October thru February. I ran out and decided to not order. So I quit the routine for about 3 months. I found that my nails were now so very brittle unlike how they'd become while drinking it. I started back on it and my nails are better. It helps me get in a routine and gets my day started. I ❤️ the hot cocoa as well. It helps calm me and I do get better sleep. It's also fun to get a surprise in the package! The little magnets with the little Mushroom... so cute! I always knew I have a tendency to obsess over new things: products, fitness routines, the latest fad diet, etc. so I assumed after a week of drinking RYZE I’d get bored and move on to the next new thing. Boy was I wrong. After three weeks of two cups of coffee during the day and cocoa at night, I still look forward to each serving. My first cup is enjoyed on my balcony while the sun rises, my second cup is in the afternoon when my energy wanes. My cup of cocoa at night relaxes me and helps to get a good night’s rest, until the cats wake me up for breakfast. Obsessed? Most certainly and the newness and excitement hasn’t waned going on a month!

There are honestly not enough stars to give this product! I am currently in year 3 of menopause and due to it have started gaining weight, my hot flashes have become worse, my sleep became non existent, my focus/energy was gone.. that was all until I started using this! I have so much energy now, I can focus better, my gut health has improved so much that its helped me manage my weight again(because lets be real, gut health makes a big impact on your weight), my sleep has improved, & its crazy how my hot flashes have become less and less. At first I was skeptical, but after researching I wanted to give it a try after seeing all the health benefits that comes with drinking mushroom coffee. At first, the smell and taste was tough to get past, but shortly after finishing my first cup I could feel the effects of the coffee start to go to work. I've never been much of a coffee drinker, but I have been super tired lately and I've also been experiencing some stomach issues so I decided to give RYZE coffee a try. I absolutely love this stuff. Ive been drinking it for about 2 weeks now. My perfect recipe is 8 oz of water one heaping scoop of Ryze and sugar free vanilla creamer. I use my milk frother to mix it really good and pour it over ice. Its delicious; has a faint mocha taste. I was really surprised at how much I liked it. I drink one in the morning and one around 3ish when the energy is notoriously low. I have had no side effects and I sleep like a baby. I was really hoping it would help me control my appetite and my perimenopause symptoms, the mushrooms are said to help so we will see.

I love it! Bought it back in March 2025, purchased the bundle, coffee with the probiotic creamer and received a really nice wooden jar with spoons that provide the perfect amount needed.

I have been drinking Ryze coffee for about 8 weeks. I mix it with my usual coffee. I am finding a genuine energy boost along with an up tick in ability to concentrate during the day. I feel my digestive health has also improved, being a bit constipated as of late.
I also drink the Mushroom Hot Coco at night and am sleeping much better with no morning drowsiness.

I ordered the Ryze starter kit for $55 on 09/05/23 Order number #RYZE3135514 when I tracked my package a week later they said it has been picked up at the USPS facility, when it was supposed to be delivered. I never picked up my package but Ryze has no customer service number to contact. How do I get help with my situation? I would appreciate a response from the company.

My credit card was charged for a reorder. Notifications state the order was shipped and followup notification indicate it was delivered. (also tracking numbers provided indicate delievered) - THE PRODUCT WAS NOT DELIVERED, I Have reached out to the company (3) ways. 1.) email provided, 2.) on webpage contact page, & 3.) phone call - where only a VM could left - no live person. No reponse, No help, will give them another 24-hours before i file a clain with my credit card.

Initial purchase 60 day supply (2bags) plus 50% off coconut creamer . Order took over 2-3 weeks to arrive and charged $4.99, even though they POST free shipping.

A month later email says reminder subscription order being sent in three days ( or something to this effect) but we want to be sure. I immediately respond to CANCEL. Andree responds sorry can’t cancel already shipped .

Why do I NEED another 60 day supply when i still have 56 days left

She said CANT cancel when l receive can request RA and send back , but can cancel future orders. Very vague and consumer thinks no more contact with RYZE. But they send anyway .

Just received box and I don’t want and Andree says must pay for shipping to return box.

Deceptive advertising and POOR customer tactics! I want my FULL refund .

This company is a scam. I placed an order in June 2023 and received. I could not use the product due to headaches and stomach issues. I reached out to customer service and was told to use for a couple of days and then reach out again. I reached out again and went back and forth via email. I finally kept the product due to the fact I ordered and moved on. I told customer service do not send me anymore product and cancel any further orders. They persisted to send another order. I told them to cancel all and do not send me anymore product. They emailed again and said sorry we already sent it out. I will call my bank now and get charges reversed. This is horrible customer service and do not order from them again.

I bought a one time purchase of the so called coffee once, and it was terrible! I did not sign on for repeats, but contrary to my wishes, I was put on a repeat and have now changed my credit card, and will do everything I can: I was going to keep the first batch, and just not buy again, but now that you pulled this: I want a total refund of everything I bought from you, and this latest $70.00 box has not been opened and will be returned to sender: it is hard to know where to return though, as you guys give no information and perhaps our controller's office would like to hear about this scam! ~ when you call the customer service #, [protected], an answering machine says hello (male voice) and then a beep and nothing after that! Flem flam! Not a business!

This company operates like a scam. They’re unable to fulfill orders, no tracking numbers ever provided, you will sit and wait, never getting through to customer service, all while receiving 1000 spammy emails a day from them begging you to come back and buy more. Please, don’t be like me, falling for this “too good to be true” product. It is truly a shame.

I order from Ryze August 18 2023 because I have issue drinking the regular coffee they have a special by 2 get for $42 I place the order they told me my order in transit no such thing they gave me fake tracking number when I click it say it in Carteret ready to ship this order since August 18 2023 I email they say 9 to 12 day it pass it no September now order nothing I reach out to them they have a generated message no am out of $42 they are a Scammers I open up a dispute case with PayPal to see if I can get my Refund

I ordered one package and did not sign up for auto refill. My credit card was charged for a second recurring order that I did not authorize or place. Impossible to get in touch with anyone to stop and refund. There are 2 icons on their website and email that offer says to get in touch with the company—-phone and email. Only the email icon works. No phone number is listed anywhere. Had to go to this site to find it. When I call someone says “hello” and it goes to voicemail. Clearly a scam to trap people.

I ordered a bag of Ryze Mushroom Coffee to give it a try since I had seen so many ads for it. I got my first bag and tried it, didn't really notice any change or miracles so I didn't even finish my first bag. After a lot a month went by, I received an email that placed another order for me that I did not authorize. I went to their website to file a complaint and to refund me back for what I did not authorize and did not get any response back. Ended up with a second bag of coffee. After another couple months went by I received another email of an order processed without my consent! Even though my credit card had been lost and the number changed, they still managed somehow to gain my card info and charged me for a 3rd bag! Now I'm pissed, this is definitely a scam and the positive reviews online are fake!

I ordered Ryze Mushroom coffee in late Jul 2023 to try. I liked it enough to reorder so I wouldn’t run out of coffee while I looked around for less expensive mushroom coffee brands. Then I discovered two charges on my bank records ($70 & $47 respectively). I immediately looked for the company contact info to speak to a rep. The number they gave my bank is a foreign number that I cannot reach. I went to their website and cancelled 2 subscriptions that I was not aware I even made! There is an odd way of tracking customers which does not use account numbers. So, with no one to speak to, I doubt I’ll get any of my money back. This company’s advertising practices are misleading at best. No matter the analysis of this “complaint board” is. 🙁

I contacted this company via email to cancel my subscription. They agreed to cancel it. A month or so later I received another shipment and was charged on my credit card. After contacting them, they let me know that they had sent me some emails and since I didn't respond they decided to renew my subscription without my permission. I'm sure it will be a long waste of my time to get refunded now.

They will make it very hard to cancel and even after you do, they will renew your subscription without your permission which should be illegal.

I received e-mails august 6, welcoming me to Ryze, thanking me for my reoccurring order. I had never heard of the company so naturally, I was alarmed. I received tracking information to my name and address. It looked very legit, except I did not place the order. I reached out to rRyze immediately, Via email and didn’t hear back for a day so I called customer service and left a voicemail. I finally received an email back. I was told that I should have looked at signing up for reoccurring and asked if I would take a discount. I responded immediately saying you must not have read my email because I did not sign up for this. This is fraud. The entire business week has gone by and the person with the email has not responded to me. I did receive a text message from my voicemail. The person on text message said something about how they see someone else had already taken the case so they were gonna let them handle it. I have since reached out to that person via text several times letting them know the email. Customer service rep is not handling anything. By the end of the business week, I still heard nothing and I have a package of rice coffee, but arrived today that I did not order. It’s almost like they ordered it for me and trying to trick me into keeping it! They are not responding to my constant emails and text messages that this is fraud. Does not seem to matter.

I placed an order and never received it. Looked up tracking number and order was in transit for well over a week. Contacted customer service in regard to order. Received email from Andree from Ryze Company. She wanted to verify my address again. I explained that I wanted to cancel my order and felt that this company was fraudulent. I them noticed I was signed up for monthly subscription without my knowledge or approval. I have tried several times to log in to my account and how convenient that I cannot get access.

I have contacted my bank and asked for stop payment. Be aware!

My name is Guirlene Delacruz. I purchased this product back on February 25th 2023. I noticed after that one purchase, I kept getting charged and kept receiving orders I didn't approve of. I reached out via email in May and spoke to a gentleman name Ryan in which assured me that it will be taking care of. I was charged for 2 additional orders on March 27th for $36 and April 25th for $36. I let him know that I didn't approve the purchases and also, I didn't care for the taste. He sent me a printing label to send the product back to him, which I did since May and still haven't received my refund for the months you guys kept charging me for something that I didn't order at the first place. I need my refund back to the original card you guys have on file.

BEWARE! If you order one-time, they will automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription. You can't get anyone on the phone. They literally never answer but after and angry voicemail and two emails, I received a reply back from Andree, the "founder." After researching, they put this in the small print UNDER the 30-day money-back guarantee. You DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION to buy when you want. If you want to use this product, it is a requirement that they charge you monthly versus you purchasing when you need and want. They don't make this clear, hence the bad reviews. Terrible business model but they refuse to change it so they make money on the front-end running up people's credit cards. SMH, even if I liked it (and I didn't) I will not support this business specifically because of the way they are doing business. It's deceiving!
