I was contacted in February of 2025 about a recall on my mower. I followed the directions and received a replacement mower the end of February. When I opened the box, it was damaged - the battery case had broken apart from the mower.. I contacted Ryobi on March 3, 2025 and have received the run around ever since. I have contacted them weekly and finally called Ryobi complaining. On April 11 I finally got a ticket number: Ticket number is [protected]. Since then - still no update... blah blah it is still in review.. I called last week May 7th and was told that a manager would call me back... Still no response. It is now May 10th and I still do not have a mower.
There customer service is TERRIBLE and I will not buy another RYOBI product. I intend to file my complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will post it on Social Media as well.
Desired outcome: I want my mower and the date I will receive it.
