I will never buy another product from them. It worked fine until 2 months after the warranty expired and then just stopped working - won't power on. I called the toll free number — they told me a repair shop but, of course they only work on mowers that are under warranty. I was like can you recommend anyone who can work on your product that doesn't require a warranty — No help — I had a gas powered lawn mower that last 10 years with no problems. 2 months after the warranty the electronics just die — No issues with the batteries — I thought I would need to replace the batteries — I didn't think the mower would need to be probably replaced after a few years.
