Ryobi Tools review: I have used Ryobi battery powered garden tools for years. Always had good service

Went down to the store for a new battery. They wanted $100 for a new battery. Looked and saw I could get a brand new tool complete with battery for $100. Bought the new tool, went home and charged up the battery. A couple of days later, I took out the tool, put in the battery. It lasted about 20 minutes. Dead. Plugged it in again just in case. No response. Took the new tool back. They repalaced it. Took it home, charged the battery and it lasted about 20 minutes. Even tried the battery in the old tool. No luck. It appears that Ryobi has let their reputation for good reliable products go down.
