I recently had an experience with RVinyl, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my purchase. Despite ordering smoke tint headlight vinyl for my car, it seemed as though I didn't receive half of my order. Additionally, the tint shapes were too small to cover my headlights entirely - something that would have been helpful to know beforehand. He assured me that he would promptly ship another package, but after two days, the package he was supposed to send hadn't even left NY. Frustrated, I reached out to them again to inquire about the delay and to request a refund since the product had never even left their building. Unfortunately, I was met with rudeness, disrespect, and even hung up on twice. I politely asked for the owner's name and contact, but they refused to provide it and hung up on me yet again. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a refund. Given my experience with RVinyl, I would never recommend this company to anyone. They definitely lack customer service skills and are poorly run – extremely unethical. I only wish I had seen these reviews before making my purchase.

I recently purchased paint protection film from RVinyl totaling around $400. I was excited to try out the Avery Denison brand, even though it was cheaper than the more commonly known 3M brand. I watched all the instructional videos and meticulously followed all the instructions, cleaning the area thoroughly before applying the film. Sadly, my experience did not go as planned. While the 3M film worked perfectly, the Avery Denison film failed to adhere properly in some areas and would come off in others days after application.

The products that arrives looks absolutely nothing like what is presented on the website. I opted for a 60" x 84" sheet which was of exceptional quality and exactly what I needed. However, not everything in my order was shipped, specifically the accessories I ordered along with the vinyl. It was a bit inconvenient as I am based on the West Coast, but Mariel was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, when the package arrived, it was not the correct size I needed. Instead, I received (5) 12" x 60" pieces that were of no use to me. I was quite disappointed as it meant I had to cover the return postage costs and wait another two weeks to receive the correct order. I understand that it was my responsibility to double-check the order before placing it, however, I expected a bit more responsibility from the individual who provided me with the link.

I followed up with David to cancel my order and even sent an email to further confirm the cancellation. However, a few minutes later, I received an email indicating that my order had already been shipped. Naturally, I called David to figure out what had happened and he looked in the computer to inform me that Iain had overridden the cancellation request and sent the order anyway.

After several email exchanges and phone calls, I finally spoke with Iain. I explained that the job had been cancelled based on the information RVinyl had given me, and he ultimately cast blame on David for the mix-up. Unfortunately, I was told that the shipping of the vinyl couldn't be stopped despite it being less than an hour since the label was created. As a result, I'm now left with the hassle of returning the vinyl and fighting for a refund from RVinyl.

Overall, my experience with RVinyl was disappointing and I'll be hesitant to do business with them again in the future.
