I placed the order on 15-Aug-23. Its been more than two months now - the product has not been delivered yet. My endless calls/mails to the customer care has not helped in anyway - they just don't have any intention to the solve the issue.

Royaloak Furniture Royaloak Muar Malaysian Leatherette Sofa 3S

Hardly after two year of purchasing the sofa cover is getting cracks and blisters. (Screenshots attached for reference)

The repair guy who came to check the issue from Royal Oak mentioned that the life of the leatherette fabric used on the sofa is just 2-3 years. We will have to replace the entire fabric which will cost 5800 + GST per seat and the transportation and handling charges extra.

Given that we have purchased the Sofa for 33K INR it doesn't make any sense for us to spend 24k to get it repaired just after two years from the purchase.

We have opted to go with Royal Oak given the reputation of the brand name. But if the person representing you claims that the life of your product is just 2-3 years, then it is highly unacceptable.

Desired outcome: No structural or external damage, kindly replace or repair our sofa at no extra cost. We expected it to last 5-6 years with gentle use. We request your prompt attention to maintain our trust in your product quality.

Royaloak Furniture recieved fake product(recieved irrelavant and low quality product)

we have ordered 6 inch mattress but what we recieved after 5 days wait is a low quality mattress with 4 inch height from Hyderabad-Vanstalipuram Royal oak.

we are not yet satisfied with your service

Is RoyalOak is footpath brand or international

what we thought is it's an international one,but after purchasing the product we came to know that it's a footpath one

Royaloak Furniture Telephone table

I purchased telephone table and work desk, th installation has been done for the work desk but when th installation person opened th package of th telephone table th leg of th table has been chipped of, I called the contact person whr I ordered this and sent pics and made a complaint, he advised it will be replaced but never happed, none of them in th store receive my calls anymore n I did write an email to th customer care but no resolution has been provided, m extremely unhappy with th kind of service am receiving from royal oak

Royaloak Furniture Cot

I had purchased a King Size cot on Aug 1st 2021
i got a wrong model cot on Aug 20th, i called to store manager tumkur road Sunil, Sharath, Siddu, Eshwar and cancel the cot on 20th same day and next day 21st visited the store and told to cancel and pick the wrong cot which is delivered. after many followup they pick up the wrong cot on 29th Aug

but still my money is not written back every day from Aug 2nd i visit the store they give biscuit telling today we will cancel and refund

i have also spoken and raised a concern with customer care did not work

i have also called head office banglaore Banaswadi to Mr Suresh, and ali but not working

i do not know how do i get refund where the material is not there with me

Everyday I am getting different reponse. First, they said stock not available, Then they said the product got damaged while delivery. Then they said it will be cancelled. Now, they are not issuing refund.

Royaloak Furniture Damaged furniture delivered

I have received a damaged wooden sofa with dirty cushion delivered, also the guy who had come to fix the product had broke my showpiece.

I also tried reaching your customer service number but your executive was rude and hung-up the call while speaking. It is a worst customer care service...this is the first time I choose ur Company product and realized that it's not worth a choice

I have spent huge money on this which we still not able to use for the purpose and timely need.

Have attached the photos for details, this is just as a sample, there are more such places with damage.

Seek you high attention and immediate action.

This is totally unacceptable and disappointing experience we ever had with any of our purchases till date with other Vendors.

Royaloak Furniture Product not delivered

Respected Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you that, on July 5th I have placed an online order for couple of below products from Royal Oak website associated with the Order No: ROY0048884:

Royaloak Blaze Office Chair in Nylon Mesh
Royaloak Splash Office Table-1.2M with High Gloss Finish

Out of the above 2 products so far I have only received "Royaloak Splash Office Table-1.2M with High Gloss Finish", Though the installation is still pending.

And there is no update for the other one "Royaloak Blaze Office Chair in Nylon Mesh" .

When I am checking in their website under "Track Order", I am able to see the update only for the table, which got delivered but nothing for the chair.

Moreover, I am not getting any response from their customer care neither over a call nor in email.

Kindly help me to get my product delivered along with the installation.

Royaloak Furniture TV unit

I have booked and paid for tv unit in royal oak mysore road branch on 28th june 2020, we asked sales person to provide and deliver the particular model, he said it is out of stock in all branches only display unit he pitched and given only 15% discount for minor scratches, on next day they delivered the product to our house, on 3rd day of delivery technician visited my residence to install it, it was shocking what I have seen in stores and what I got is totally different and I got with major damage, when I called store manager mr. Dhananjaya in mysore road outlet instead of replacing or offering additional beneifit he convienced me to fix the same I compromised and fixed it and the tecnician repaired after 3days, the unit was so dirty and they are not even bothered to respond and provide additional benifits and clean the tv unit, taught of purchasing used tv unit by paying 33k, really I had very bad experience, I will never suggest anybody to buy products.

Royaloak Furniture Delivery issue

Hi All,
I had placed an order for office chair on 30th May, which is still not delivered.
I had called your customer service office, 1st it takes a long time to connect and 2nd the person just takes my mobile number and order no: later disconnects the call. This has happened more that 10 times for me.
I understand we are in a pandemic situation, call disconnection is not the service expected after a long wait. I would like to know the status of my delivery.

Royaloak Furniture Advance online payment taken and disappeared

Fraud Company.They will take ADVANCE online payment and then disappear..they will just send a same message initially saying thank you for order and fake tracking link which stays stuck, no update in dispatch of Transit or anything. We have to keep calling to ask why tracking link stuck or no update provided, then they will just send the same repeated messages adding just a sorry to it.. it was placed on 22 Feb and was said will be delivered in 10 business days as u can read in pic, but it's been almost a month now and they fooling around.

Extremely hopeless customer service at vanasthalipuram branch. They don't respond to phone calls.prmised to deliver the item in 2 days as it has to come from local store.But took 7 days inspite of many reminders and complaints.Now even the mechanic didn't come to install.I am trying their number for whole day but no response.Hope less system n service.Theyget 0 rating in 0-10 scale

Royaloak Furniture dining table : legs of glass mounted steel dining table is detached from glass top and came out

This is a complaint regarding royal oak glass mounted dining table with tilted steel legs, which I purchased online about 2 years ago at Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) . The legs of the table have been wobbling and then one of the leg came out completely, making the glass table almost tilt turtle and about to fall. Since fitting steel legs under glass require some technique, I am not able to fix it at all. I have complained it to customer care but nobody is listening and responding. Can you please tell me what should I do with this product of yours? I need action from your side to get it repaired as soon as possible.

Royaloak Furniture did not deliver product

Bought an Outdoor Swing over Internet. Paid in advance. Item not delivered as promised date and still not arrived. Customer Service number does not work and they do not answer emails and Chat stops abruptly after asking where the order is.

This company seems to be a scam site and fraud. Someone should mark them in Amazon.in so you do not come to their website and order.

Royaloak Furniture dining table - not delivering product even after 2 months.

I ordered 4 seater dining table on January 26/2019 from electronic city branch. Order id : [protected]. I was informed by the sales guy (Saleem) that the order will be delivered by 3 to 4 weeks (max by 30 days). But it was not delivered even after 30 days. I called Electronic city branch manager ASHRAF where he confirmed that the stock will come be March 7th and will be delivered by 8th March Max.

But it was not delivered till today. I tried to contact Ashraf multiple times in last 1 week, he is not picking the call. I called electronic city branch today and today they are asking me to wait till 21st march as the new stock will come by 21st. This is the THIRD commitment from your end

I already waited for 44 days and now you are asking me to wait for another 10 days. Don't you have sense in giving false commitment dates and making a customer to wait for 55 days to get a 4 seater dining table?

What happened to the stock that came on 7th March? Has those tables given to your known people? Or selling it with more price outside? What's the satisfaction you are giving to a customer who pays the amount in advance and waiting for it? You could see the same in all social media soon. Customer will not be happy by getting all FALSE commitments and looting customer money to your own purpose? This has been escalated multiple level now but no response yet.

This is against the consumer protection act of 1986 - ‘Right to fair and honest dealing' and Right to fair value, good quality and safety. If I didn't get proper response, I will handle this legally. You should understand the right and power of common people

Royaloak Furniture service

I have purchased furniture worth more than 1 lakh for a special occasion. Opted the furniture and was agreed by the showroom people to deliver by 31st jan 2019. Again I visited showroom on 31st and did purchase few more furniture.
Had worst experience during my 2nd visit and entire purchase process. Right from guy who was billing got pissed off about multiple transaction (books adjustment and accounting entry adjustment). Later person who incharhe for load I.e. bajaj finance not sure about how to check balance etc.. infact those people saying you can't provide 2 addresses I.e. billing and shipment address should be same later I briefed them and made them understand that that can be possible... finally after 2 or 3hours entire transaction done though I selected furniture in 45 mins.

Then I requested showroom people to deliver goods tomorrow I.e 1st feb along with my first purchased furniture... there started my folowups with the guys ... They have told me that due to month end and books closure we cannot say or provide any correct info on delivery date as head office people are busy and won't receive our calls.

I started calling sales manager every 1 hour later he stopped picking my call and next day i.e. agreed to deliver day...after my several calls, at last showroom gut picked my call and said we never committed to deliver today.. We have complained this to customer care and got call from ware house and showroom saying due to lack.of vehicle and existing vehicles break down we cannot deliver today. I.kept quite.

Very next day after folowups I got call from delivery person who initially said I will deliver by noon and later came even before noon and delivered partial shipment...when I asked for balance furniture, he replied will reach you in another vehicle and demanded to pay them for their service and I paid rs 200 for which he requested for another rs 100.

Later I started googling and searching for numbers from where I can get help... pls note showroom guys raised there hands saying all these ware house activity and we cannot help us.

I gave up all my work for the day and waited till evening for guy for royal.oak to.come and fix the furniture... got.call in evening by a person who.promised me to.come and fix by late evening.. waited till 8.30 pm when I called his number not reachable ...

Finally writing this long complaint after my 2 long days marathon with bloody people who spoiled my.day / time also my occasion which I planned... my valuable guests visited my place to see packed and not fixed furniture...

Hate you guys and the worst level of service and shameless ... not only maintaining good attractive showrooms but to have person responsible...

Whom do.i reachout ? Anybody out there to help me to fix ?

Royaloak Furniture breakage of dining table

Dear Royal Oak Team,

This has reference to the dining table purchased from your Banaswasdi store on 07/11/2014 in the name of Shikha Prasad order no:[protected]. The table had a glass top. The glass on the table suddenly broke off(almost blasted ) into pieces with a loud noise .The glass pieces were scattered all around the house which could have caused a serious injury.

The customer care failed to help on reporting the incident complaint id:29712. I had also visited the store in person and requested the store manager to send a technician. However nobody turned up.

This is a safety concern.The reason for breakage is clearly the poor quality of glass used and is a manufacturing defect(https://youtu.be/7EgAUhsiRQs).

Please get the table fixed or replaced at your end.

Royaloak Furniture recliner

We have purchased leather 2seater recliner during 2017 dewali.it ha not been an year, it is getting torn. Not expected such a quality from royal oak.intrest which team shows while purchase is not shown during customer complaint.
Not a values for money, spent 50k for 2 seater recliner.
Request you to help in this regard.

Royaloak Furniture dining table and shoe rack

It has not been even 6 months since we purchased this dining table and shoe rack from Royal Oak Furniture Thane showroom and it has fungus all over it which doesnt seem to go at all no matter how many time tou clean. The quality of wood is very bad and the screws keep coming out even when the chairs are not in use. Have reached out to their support over email/phone but they fail to give any answer and always commit to call back which never happens. Their customer support number of thane is constantly out of reach ond nobody has reached out to us in any form in last 3 weeks with any update.
