Well Ryal Mail not fit for purpose once moreWaiting for a tracked 48 delivery which was at their hub on saturday at 1pm and according to my local office it still is even though I've had a message saying delivery between 10 and 12 on monday the 8th Dec well the 9th camme and went so today went to the local parcel office explained to a very helpful and apologetic gent who checked on his computer and informed me it was still at the central hub but that it should have been delivered. Now I know it's busy at thia time of the year but a parcel delivery company who can not give up to date exact information these days is not worthy of anything but bad publicity and so to Royal Mail your customer service which turns you away when you try to use it is useless your telephone number and email just bounce back if this is an example of your Track 48 and your customer service maybe we should have you pay us because i am still trying to find a way to speak to someone in complaints because even the computer system wont let me make a complaint.
Recommendation: Use another company with an up to the minute tracking system
