HERE WE GO AGAIN, AND AGAIN.
This latest Review is a further example of absolute incompetence by Royal Mail, following their (now) denial of loosing my Parcel, but now telling me I had received it! WHAT AN UTTER AND COMPLETE UNTRUTH. PERHAPS I SHOULD ASK DONALD TRUMP TO GET INVOLVED - HE WOULD SOON IDENTIFY THE LIARS, AND SACK THE BOARD AND SOME SENIOR MANAGERS.
ROYAL MAIL, CONVENIENTLY, NOW ADVISE ME THAT MY PARCEL WAS DELIVERED TO ME, DESPITE MY CLAIM OTHERWISE, AND DESPITE THE FACT THEY HAD FORMERLY ADVISED ME IT WAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM AND WAS NOT IN THEIR DELIVERY OFFICE - BUT IT WAS PARCELFORCE - WHO, GUESS WHAT, CANNOT BE CONTACTED ABOUT SUCH A CLAIM BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER - CAN YOU BELIEVE IT BECAUSE IT WAS A PARCEL ON A ROYAL MAIL NON-DELIVERY CARD?
As the first designated redelivery on the card, was Tuesday, 30th, I WAITED IN ALL DAY AND NOTHING HAPPENED.
It then indicated online that the next redelivery would be the 3rd, January.
I NOT ONLY WAITED IN ALL DAY, BUT ATTACHED A NOTE TO MY FRONT DOOR, STATING ' IF I'M NOT IN, LEAVE WITH MY NEIGHBOUR NEXT DOOR.
Now tell me why, when I spoke to a Postie, he told me HE HAD NOTHING FOR MY ADDRESS.
Now, also tell me why, Royal Mail advised me that it was nothing to do with them, and to contact Parcelforce - WHO ALSO WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.
Someone in Royal Mail is obviously lying - maybe the Postie who misled about the redelivery date on the card.
Have Royal Mail spoken to him? - I doubt it because they indicate that they don't know who the Postie was!.
I'M NOT GOING TO LET ROYAL MAIL OFF LIGHTLY, AND WANT TO ESCALATE IT.
I TRIED ON THE LINK THEY SENT ME, AND THAT IS ALSO THE USUAL WASTE OF TIME - IT KEPT TAKING ME TO 'BUSINESS' NOT 'PERSONAL'. ANOTHER JOKE.
The fact that Royal Mail, Parcelforce and the Post Office are linked, made me think about re-watching the televised Programme about the P.O. scandal.
As a former Director of Knowsley Business Watch, I will promote this as the worst, most diabolical experience I've ever come across, experiencing - incompetence, lack of training, lying, zero internal communication, possible theft, waste off time (3 or 4 persons who have replied to my email chain ALONE - never mind the phone calls.), and over 2 weeks for them to deny it was them who lost my Parcel. Sickening.
I'm am not going to let Royal Mail get off easily with this complete and utter failure of their so-called customer service.
It is me who is at the end of this debacle, and I'm going to do everything in my power to expose it -
How? - a reminder about an enormous disgrace highlighting Royal Mail.-
*someone is obviously lying, most arguably the
Postie
*lack of training, especially Posties
*incompetent staff,
*lack of records,
*laziness to clearly fill in a 'failure to deliver' card
*internal and external massive waste of time,
*zero communication,
*and possibly parcel theft.
*Royal Mail had denied they were involved
and to contact Parcelforce, who cannot be
contacted about this kind of matter
* I strongly recommend you avoid using Royal Mail
for small parcels, because it may be stolen or lost
and, unless it has a Tracking Number - WHICH
THEY DO NOT! it will never be found - YOUR
TOUGH LUCK - BUT NOT THEIR FAULT EH?
As the link to Escalate is as ludicrous as their web - site, I have demanded they Escalate it on my behalf... we'll see - watch this space.
I'm mortified with the utterly disgraceful way my loss has obviously been caused by the untruth of a simple delivery of my parcel which obviously has been lied about.
Another massive example of HOW NOT to conduct a massive Business, and HOW to dismiss the loss of a Parcel belonging to a Customer BECAUSE THEY CANNOT FIND IT - AND SOMEONE HAS LIED.
Watch out for the next Review - now knowing what Royal Mail is really like, you can expect one.
p.s. Also, Royal Mail's excuse for their ludicrous web-site which makes it damn near impossible to reach someone to help you from either company, is that work is being done to separate the Royal Mail and Parcelforce companies, but do not know how to do so with the web-site - GOOD EH? THANK GOD THEY DO NOT WORK WITH YOUR MONEY.
I'M SURE, SENIOR FIGURES IN THE GOVERNMENT, CONSUMER ADVICE AND (MAYBE) SENIOR, (HONEST FIGURES) IN ROYAL MAIL - MAYBE EVEN T.V., WILL BE INTERESTED IN THE OUTCOME OF THIS - PROVIDING IT IS TRUTHFUL (?!)
Recommendation: Avoid Sending Small Parcels with Royal Mail
