In the last few days we have had 2 incidences where we have sent our product out to customers via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked & our customer has received the envelope that we packaged the product in, but the product was no longer in the envelope! The envelope was sealed, so it has obviously been opened and re-sealed . Since we package our consignments by hand and take them to the Collection Office ourselves, the product can only be going missing on route. This has completely wrecked our trust in Royal Mail. We have now had to invest in even more secure tamper-proof packaging, adding to our costs.
