We have confirmed from multiple sources that mail is not being delivered to our address for a number of months, for primary mail direct to our address and also via a paid redirection.
My aunt had sent a package for Easter which was returned to her last week as undelivered. We have a post room open 7 days a week which the postman can access, and I work at home full time. Delivery was never attempted.
For the redirect, we have 3 confirmed cases of mail not arriving. One of these is from the Information Commissioners Office who have sent letters every 28 days since December, and only 1 was received 2 weeks ago. That means at least 5 have not been delivered.
We have 2 other organisations who have confirmed sending mail to the redirect address, again not received.
I have read the news about mail being stored and retained by sorting offices to meet quota https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cm2knk5d4deo . It seems this is ongoing and now I want a full investigation into the mail delivery to our address.
Desired outcome: I expect a response and confirmation of monitoring of the mail being delivered.
