9th June - 2 parcels sent from Kettering post office to SS9 2JS
10th June - Royal mail tried to deliver but nobody at home, so said they would try again next day.
11th June - No attempt to redeliver
12th June - spoke to royal mail and they said would redeliver 13th June.
Again no attempt for a delivery.
16th June - called Royal mail twice and again told would redeliver.
I called every other day to find out were the parcels are?

My daughter in law also called serval times, she left email and was advise she would receive update but nothing came.

I spoke to someone yesterday 6th July to be told the parcels were at Cambridge Depot and now are classed as lost ? They said after the 18th June they couldn't help me anyway, so why wasn't I told that when I called on the 19th June.

This is absolutely disgusting service if Royal mail know they are in Cambridge Depot why can't they sort to be delivered.!

I am so cross and really upset these were parcels for my grandchildren.
I will expect a reply and someone higher to sort this.
