RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing review: Not receiving my mortgage billing statements since December 2025

I have not received my mortgage billing statements since December 2025. I have called the 877-426-8805 number 3 times and each time have been told they were mailed to my address (which the clerk verified verbally). To date I have not received any statements. The person I spoke to emailed me my statements but they are not accurate. I did receive my mortgage interest tax form to my address with no problem. I do not want to get my statements via email or have to make payments through a bank draft. Please follow through by sending my statements through the mail. Post Office isn't the problem.

Desired outcome: Please continue to send my mortgage statements through the mail and don't lie about them already being mailed.
