I had storm damage to my home's roof on September 28th, 2025. Eventually, after multiple inspections, the insurance company paid the claim for the damage, both exterior and interior. My insurance paid on May 1, 2026. Issuing the check in my name and Roundpoints' name. Roundpoint has not released the funds as of today, July 13th. It's rainy season.

Claimed loss: Interior damage and exterior damage. Insurance paid 8k

Desired outcome: I'd like to have funds released so the work can be completed asap. The house is leaking, and Roundpoint has not been communicating with me via USPS, email, or phone call. I'd like to repair my home.
