I ordered 2 swim suits and neither of them fit me well, did not have enough support for my breasts and did not hold in my tummy. so i returned them -
upon returning them i keep getting all these ads for discounts - so when i returned them i requested to use one of the discounts on the 2 new items i ordered.
The reply was i can NOT use discounts on exchange items - that is a rip off - first you do not give a full cash refund , so I need to reorder to get my money back and then i can not use your discounts on the exchange. What kind of a policy is that?
i reordered a swim suit and a dress - the dress does not fit and the zipper does not work . i wrote to Rotitia several times (5/26, 6/1, 6/3,6/7 and 6/12) - and still have not received a shipping label to return the dress and have not received any reply.
