I can't remember my password to log in. I have sent a request three times for a password reset, and I haven't heard back. I have tried to find a phone number on their website and it doesn't list one. My order is late and I paid extra for speedy delivery.
My payment was taken out of my bank account. I received a reply from PayPal, but I haven't received anything from Rotita as far as a tracking number, or that my order has been shipped. Did I just give this company $63.00? and will never hear back about anything?

I do a lot of my clothes shopping online but this was the first time I dealt with rotita. I had gotten a catalog from rotita and a few items looks decent and so I ordered 2 just to try it out. a few minutes after I had placed the order I got an email saying that my order should arrive in about 3 to 5 weeks. curious about why it would take so long, I then saw that the merchandise was coming from china. no where on rotita's website does it say that they located in china. had I known that I never would have made this purchase. and why? because if either item didn't fit and I wanted to return them, I knew that the shipping cost to china would be prohibitive. anyway after 8 weeks I received the items and both items were damaged. one had two huge holes in it and the other was a top that was pieced together and where the pieces were sewn together the fabric was all bunched up. also, both tops had unfinished hems - bottoms and sleeves - as if no one bothered to hem them. I communicated all this to rotita (through their website) and had to take pictures to prove the damages. rotita's initial response was that they would give me $14.95 and I could keep the items. I didn't want to keep these tops. I would never wear them! the 2 items cost me $59.00, and so basically what rotita was doing was reducing my loss by 25%. I didn't think it was right that I should pay anything for damaged merchandise. when I communicated this with rotita they came back with another offer. I could keep the tops and they would refund me $47.20. now they were offering me 80% off. and that would have been great if only I was able to wear these tops. when I rejected their second offer and told them that I wanted a full refund along with a free shipping label, they then came and wrote that they would issue a full refund after I returned the merchandise to them and they gave me an address in shanghai, china. they refused to give me a free shipping label. I then got a quote from ups that the shipping would be $125. fed ex was more. frustrated, I contacted paypal and in the end all paypal did was communicate with the seller. paypal sent me similar emails - first an offer of $30 off, then when I rejected that offer, paypal wrote to me that I could return both items to shanghai and then they will refund the $59.00. when I finally told rotita that I would accept the $47.20, (without having to return the items) they said fine and that they would credit my account. that was 3 months ago. now they don't even bother responding to my messages. so the moral of the story - don"t buy anything from rotita, - rotita.com

I ordered two swimsuits on 02/16/2018. I paid using paypal the same day. It is now 04/08/2018, my vacation to the florida keys has been over for three weeks now and I have yet to receive the swimsuits that I ordered. I have not received an explanation. It is impossible to contact customer service. I have tried many times. Do not order from this company.

I purchased two shirts from this company I received one it did not fit I returned it for a full refund I have not received it the other shirt was purchased on February 11th I have not received their shirt I have asked for a full refund for both shirts and cannot seem to get it mysteriously my email and password does not work on their side anymore... this company posts all over Facebook

I ordered in February but have not received it yet and I just checked my information and 1 number in my address is incorrect so that may be the issue. My address is 42712 Alameda drive. Chilliwack B. This place is a scam...placed my order for two shirts and knew it would be a while, but this is ridiculous...called my bank and put a fraud alert on this company. Now way to reach customer service, no one to talk to. I spent well over $130 and nothing yet. Am thoroughly pissed! Hope my bank gets to the bottom of this place, cuz I think they are just a business out to screw you...

I purchased a dress from Rotitia and when it arrived a week later than the day that I needed it, I requested a refund. I was given an option to keep the dress and receive a portion of the refund. I didn't need the dress at that point, so I requested a full refund. I never got the refund or instructions to return the item. I paid $40 for this dress. Please assist me in getting a full refund on this item.

One order was placed the first week in February the second was placed February 15th. neither order has arrived. I know there was a week you did not do any shipping, but the first order should have arrived before my vacation. I am already back from vacation and I still haven't received one swim suit. I am not sure if they are lost or in transit. Please advise. Thank You Julie Anderson

I have tried to reach this company on many occasions to see where the shirt I ordered was and it just keeps saying it is still processing? Can I not reach anyone to find out the status of my order? States it is still processing? The order was placed on 2/13/18 and it is now 3/8/18. The company didn't have any problem taking my money, but no one can contact me about the status of my order?

I inadvertently ordered 2 of the same item and have spent almost 2 days trying to either modify or cancel my order. The prompt says to "Submit Ticket". I did. Then I was prompted to "Continue Submitting Ticket" at the bottom of the page. However I cannot see the bottom of the page because there is a Free World Delivery advertisement that blocks the bottom. It is very frustrating, much less time consuming. Trust me when I say, if I cannot stop this order, and I am left on the hook paying for identical items, this will be the last time I place an order with Rotita. I feel helpless!

Don't order ever from these people unless you want to give away your money. I ordered clothes from their size chart none of which fit at all. I tried to return and after complaining to paypal they "let" me return to China and I had to pay for shipping. When they got it in China they refused the package and refused to refund the money. It says on their website they are in the US but they are not.
If you want to risk buying from them use a credit card that will refund you the full amount when you don't get what your ordered.

I have ordered 2 shirts 1 month ago and, the shirts still haven't returned. I don't know the exact date of when this event happened, but I do now it was about 1 month ago, and it still probably won't be here for another week or so. I am very disappointed in your website, and would like a refund. I will be reporting you to the BBB, if I don't here from you in the next upcoming weeks.

I ordered 3 shirts; all of them way too small and I used their sizing chart. One of the shirts was not at all what picture looked like on line; totally different material and color; just awful! I submitted a ticket to return all 3 for a full refund. The rotita site just spins and spins often times and you have to keep signing in again and again. Finally I get reply to my ticket; that's their process; you have to submit a ticket. The reply said we have deal for you: you keep all the shirts so you don't have to pay to ship back to us and we refund you 50%. The option then is to accept or decline and reply. I hit "decline and reply" button and the site just kept spinning. I guess they wanted me to accept their deal and otherwise i'm screwed. I will never order from them again and I am spreading the word! Absolutely horrible company to deal with! They should be shut down. I wasted $75 on 3 shirts I can never wear! I can't even return them.? This is simply wrong and makes me extremely angry that they can get away with this! Do not order from rotita!

After ordering a swimsuit, it was delivered but does not fit well in the bust area.
I have tried their process of submitting a ticket . I received a ticket number, but that's as far as their process would allow me. They say that they will send you a return address, but when you try to log on to their website it always comes up that the email address is not recognised even though they email me 'specials'.

They must be held accountable.

I ordered a long sleeve striped V neck pocket shirt & I rececived a completely different top very cheap in quality & does not look anything like the picture! I'm so upset & want a full refund of $28.42 & Rotita should pay for a return label. This is such false advertisement! I have tried to reach out to this company & I cannot even submit a return/refund on their website! This company is a scam. I have included what I ordered & a picture of what they sent me!
