Roses Discount Store review: Sports bras brand new

I bought 3 set of sport bras for my mother but they didn’t fit her. The are brand new with tags on them. The customer services was terrible because I couldn’t get a store credit or exchange for a different size. Why they don’t share that information when they are selling item at checkout. Final sales on this or communicate to customers. I work for a big company costco. I don’t think it’s right that not even let me get something else to exchange this bras.
