don't use this site, it is horrible!
I purchased two tops and three shirts on this site. And all item were nothing like the picture. On the site they have very pictures of good looking clothes, but I received items made from cheap material. I ordered large size items, but all the items were for skinny girls. They barely reached my waist. Also some items were completely damaged. Some had hols, other item was missing a button. My two tops had the wrong colors. I purchased red and blue tops, but they sent me yellow and green ones. I called them and they apologized. They told I've got someone's else's package. Then I asked where my order was. I was told they cannot give me information about other clients. Well, I don't care anymore. I believe my real items had the same quality. Don't use this site, it is horrible!
this whole website is full of crooks and liars
I ordered about $50 worth of stuff from this site and I didn't receive any of it. They just send out some stupid "tickets" but you never get a direct answer to any of your questions and there's not a real person you can talk to. This whole website is full of crooks and liars. They just steal your money and don't care about getting you the right things, or even getting you your items.

I ordered two dresses and a pair of shoes three months ago from Rosegal. The website looked really good and I never thought this would happen. I paid about 120euro altogether and have never received anything. When I tried to get through to someone there seemed to be no customer service and then I realised it must be a scam. After seeing a lot of similar reviews I now know that I will never see this money again and probably the same with the items I ordered. This website should be black listed as they are obviously ripping off a lot of people every day.

ordered two dresses, they were way too small, sent them back, cannot get through to ask for my refund.
I ordered two dresses in size large, just in case they were made small, and they were. They must use a Chinese size, not American. So I sent them back via USPS on 10/06 and asked for a refund back to my Visa card. Cannot get through the form as I do not have the order number and the form will not get to them without the order number.

no one replied to phone calls and chat agents were unavailable
I have seen the ad of the website www.rosegal.com. I felt in love with some of the items and have ordered them. I didn’t receive the order on time, so I returned to the website and asked the rep from chat about this order. It showed that the reps were online, but none of them replied. I tried to call them, but the phone was switched off. It was only me, who believed to the fake ad, or there were others, who became their victim.

misleading and refusing to refund me back
I placed an order with rosegal about two weeks ago. I recieved the items on monday 8/17/2015. When i opened the package i noticed it was light and very small. I had ordered all my 7 items in extra large. Well this company is misleading their extra large can fit a child or a very petite lady that is a size 2/4. Not only that 2 of the dresses i orders said they were chiffon false those dresses are made of polyester. Then another romper was not even sewn all the way. This company refuses to refund my money and send me an rma. This company should be closed down for misleading all kind of innocent customer like myself.

wasting time and money
Don't ever get into business with Rosegal.com if you value your time. It has been a nightmare for me. I ordered a coat, which I paid about $50. When I received it, it obvious has only 50 RMB quality, or probably even less. I requested full refund and prepaid return label right away. Oh, boy...the nightmare began right at the moment I started to contact them. It has been like puling teeth communicating with them. Many back-and-forth and many days later, here I am, unhappy, annoyed, and much much time wasted! The last response from them is the one, they ask me to delete the negative review I wrote first before they even consider to refund me the full refund...uh uh...so...don't ever get into business with them if you value your time and energy, and of course, you money too.

I will be suing this company my sister is a lawyer and I have tried to contact this company numerous of times. I ordered a jacket and a top from rosegal. I received the items in a somewhat timely manner which were both stuffed in a large manila packing envelope. there were no labels on the clothes and no sizes. I ordered a large in the jacket which would fit a 6 year old and a top that was made out of a cheap material. I submitted a ticket through their website for return and was basically told that they were sorry that the items didn't fit, but that it was too costly to return them to get a refund and maybe I could regift them to someone else. hello, I am now out $32.00 for clothing I cannot wear. logged a complaint with the better business bureau today. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. THEY SUCK AND WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Totally agree! I'm a US size 10 and the size charts were different for each of the 3 tops I ordered but none of them made any sense anyway so I bought all 3 tops in XXL (their equivalent of a size 18) but I couldn't even get them over my head. Would have given them away to a child but the quality was such garbage and the return process so poor (started it and spent too much time) so I literally threw the clothes away. Live and learn (and buy from a US company).
I absolutely agree with all of the complaints above! i have nothing good to say. I basically threw my hard earned money in the trash to a bunch of scammers hiding behind their computer screen. I should've guessed the quality when i saw all the "made in china". I will only buy "made in usa" from now on!

I ordered 2 sweaters August 9, it is now October 20th and I have yet to receive ANYTHING! The tracking is horrible to nonexistent! The "Live Chat" is never online, the "support ticket" well you'll never get an answer as I'm still waiting for a reply or update from 2 weeks ago. So I'm also out money for clothing I've ordered and never received!
Simply the very worst Idea i have ever had ! Quality is inexistent ! Bad bad bad cheap, no tags sizes are so small, sewing is poor, fabric is worse ! Do not trust images you see on web site !

I ordered three dresses in size large and they were at least four sizes too small. I am only a size 10. The material they were made with would rival a paper doll dress. I contacted rosegal to please give me an address to return for there was no receipt provided in the plastic bag they sent me.
Rosegal sent a reply saying if I were willing to pay them a ridiculous amount of money to send these dresses back to Shengen China (more than half I purchased the dresses for) Then they would exchange them. Moral of my comment... I'm out over fifty US dollars and have nothing but cheap cloth I would be embarrassed to give to a stranger for whom it may fit! Do not waste your hard earned $ on this scam of a Co.

My order was supposedly mailed over one month ago and I still haven't received it. I've sent two requests for RoseGal to contact me regarding my issue, and even though they say "we will contact you in 24 hours", I haven't received any notification from their service department. In fact, I don't even see my request numbers listed on my login page. It seems as though this company is a scam. My advice, DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEGAL!

I paid for expedited shipping, my order arrived 2 months later and the was nothing like advertised in fact it actually looks like its been made up of scraps of a wetsuit and other bathing suit materials and the sizing is so random and awkward fitting I'm not even sure it would fit anybody shape right I have no Idea how they are still in business

Scammers. I bought a dress online from them. After 30 days I still had not received my item. They sent a fake tracking number but couldn't tell me what company they shipped my package with that had that tracking number. Needless to say I never received my dress. When I contacted them they gave me a bunch of excuses and said to just wait longer. The sentences they used weren't complete and didn't make sense and used poor English structure/grammer. This company is a bunch of scammers!

poor quality false advertising
False advertising, poor quality, poor workmanship, poor customer service, fraud...
Item is not as appeared on website, the slit that is shown is not what is on item. What is on item is a cut that will fray.
Quality is cheap and poorly made...item is not lined, no cups for breasts, item is sheer. Why would a vintage suit be sheer. I mine as well go buff naked. Bottoms that came with it is a triangle attached by 3 strings
Refund offered doesn't even cover my shipping costs...asked for refund and was told because I received my package they could only offer me 20% and would I accept that? NO I WOULD NOT. That doesn't even cover my shipping costs and of course I received my package how else did I make a complaint and how else would I know the item and company is horrible...

I bought swimsuit and dress from www.rosegal.com, and I was upset that they turned out to be scammers. They took money and provided fake tracking number.
