Good shop, but it needs some improvement. It would be better if there was an option to edit an order or item so that changes could be made without having to remove the whole thing and start again. When I ordered a bracelet, I realized I had made a mistake with the size and engraving, and I couldn't edit it. I had to start all over again, which was kind of annoying.

I am hoping the product is good when it arrives, as expected. If it is, then I will definitely come back to buy more from The Steel Shop. But we'll have to wait and see, won't we?

OK, so The Steel Shop... Not too sure what to say, it's pretty bad to be honest. I ordered a bracelet for my anniversary and it arrived a whopping 3 weeks late! And if that wasn't bad enough, it ended up being way too small for me. I reached out to the company to try to get some help, but they weren't interested in making any accommodations for my situation. Apparently, they can't help with engraved pieces...? Not sure what that's all about.

The worst part is that I was really hoping to fix the bracelet so I could still use it, but there was no information or disclaimer on the site about what happens if jewelry doesn't fit. I guess they just expect you to figure it out on your own. Unbelievable!

My order number was TSS*** and I was hoping to get the Black on Black Italian leather bracelet that was braided, with a width of 12mm and a thickness of 5mm, in a Matte finish and with a length of 8.5 inches. However, I couldn't find any photos of the bracelet online which made it hard for me to be sure that I had ordered the right one.

Unfortunately, I had no luck in getting hold of someone from The Steel Shop to help me with my query. I was very disappointed that no one seemed to be available to answer my call. I really wanted to speak to someone from the company to figure out what was going on with my order.

Despite all the challenges I faced, I still think that The Steel Shop is a great place to get your accessories from. They have a wide selection of bracelets, rings, and necklaces to choose from, and their quality is top-notch. I have purchased from The Steel Shop before and I have always been satisfied with the items I have received.

So listen up folks, The Steel Shop ain't no picnic, that's for sure. I made an order for a chain and threw in a coupon code but then realized I had an even sweeter deal. I tried to cancel the order but no dice, they don't let ya do that. So I hit up their customer service but it was like trying to catch a greased pig. That chat thingy kept going online and offline and it took 'em DAYS to finally get back to me. By that time, the order was already on the way and almost at my front door. Ain't that a kick in the pants?

Now, they don't wanna cough up the dough for return shipping and I'm out $25. That ain't even the worst part, I had to return and exchange chains before and I lost out on another $25 just a few weeks ago. It's like they don't give a rat's behind about us customers or our money. To top it all off, they ain't even honest about their product reviews. They censor the bad ones and only show the good. I wrote one that said I didn't like a particular chain and it never saw the light of day. But when I wrote a good review for another chain, boom, it was up on their site the next day.

So let me tell ya, if you're thinking about shopping at The Steel Shop, you might wanna think twice. Ain't no guarantee you'll get what you paid for or that you'll get good customer service if something goes wrong. Better safe than sorry, I say.

I searched all over for something made of steel because I am allergic to pretty much everything else when it comes to jewelry. Finally, I came across The Steel Shop and I thought I found what I had been looking for. I was so excited to get it and wear it with pride. I even had it engraved with "Grandpa" on the side of it.

But once it arrived, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment and frustration. Within just 15 minutes of wearing it, I broke out in a terrible rash and had a bad allergic reaction. It was definitely not true steel like they claimed. I reached out to their customer service team to see if I could return it and get a refund so that I could find something else that I could actually wear. But all I got was a cold and unhelpful response. They wouldn't even offer me a refund and only gave me 20% off on another purchase.

I was really upset with the company's lack of compassion and poor response. They even ignored my follow-up email after they told me they couldn't refund it. It was like they didn't care about my situation and only cared about making a sale. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Don't be fooled by their deceitful title, their product is not true steel at all. They are definitely not trustworthy and I will be sure to spread the word to others so they don't fall for their lies like I did. It's a complete joke and I'll do whatever I can to expose them for what they really are. It's especially aggravating given the circumstances of my loss.
