Disappointing experience with RoseFeels: Late Delivery & Unresponsive Customer Service
As a consumer, I was disappointed in my experience with RoseFeels. I was excited to give a special Birthday gift to someone, but unfortunately, it arrived two weeks later than the person's actual Birthday. I had opted for 3-day shipping and was charged $25 for this service, but it failed to meet its promised delivery time.
To add to my frustration, when I contacted the customer service team, they refused to give me a refund for the shipping fees. I understand that things can go wrong in the shipping process, but for me, this was a big inconvenience and I felt like my expectations were not met.
To resolve the issue, I engaged in several email exchanges with the customer service team who instructed me to wait until the item arrives. When it finally arrived, I promptly contacted them for the refund on the additional costs I paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response from the company and am feeling very let down by their lack of care in this matter.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with RoseFeels, as the product itself was not the issue, but rather their customer service and delivery timelines left a lot to be desired. I hope that they can improve their service in the future and ensure that their customers receive the products they paid for in a timely and efficient manner.
