(First of all I apologise to Score Jewelry for having to use their company name to publish this review as Score Campus is not officially under the list of companies in Complaints Board) This complaint is about SCORE CAMPUS LTD & Gabriel Suppiah

Hey there, if you're reading this, whether you're thinking of working for Gabriel Suppiah, already on the team, or considering enrolling your kids in his program, I've got some things to share. Trust your gut—it led you here for a reason. Hopefully, you've come across other stories like mine because Gabriel hasn't changed a bit.

I'm keeping my identity under wraps just in case Gabriel or his wife, Ira, decide to come knocking. This is a group effort—four of us experienced this mess around the same time, so I'll be using "we" a lot.

In brief, none of us received our rightful pay during our tenure, and most of us had to involve TADM to recover any funds, albeit not in full. Gabriel and Ira gaslit us incessantly, a stark contradiction to their *claimed* professed desire to mentor children into exceptional individuals. They've consistently deceived, manipulated, and mistreated their staff.

Within a month of joining, it became evident the company suffered cash flow issues. This prompts the question: why hire five additional employees when there's no additional revenue? Instead of transparency about financial constraints, Gabriel fabricated excuses for December's unpaid salaries (e.g., forgetting payday, promising payment over the weekend, citing work overload). His excuses were laughable.

Subsequently, he blamed us for the salary issues, alleging we underperformed, pursued payment too aggressively, or caused financial losses—all baseless claims.

Besides the major red flags, Gabriel and Ira are also terrible managers. They're always late, break promises to the kids, yank back days off like they never offered them, and offer minimal training while incessantly criticizing, and expecting unattainable perfection without defining it. And let's not forget how they misled our foreign coworkers about work passes, leaving them high and dry.

Gabriel is a classic narcissist, incapable of genuine admission of fault. His hollow apologies serve only to garner sympathy or inflate his ego.

If you're a parent, please steer clear of Gabriel and Ira. He excels at sales pitches but is a liar with no integrity, she is amazing at allowing him to mistreat people right in front of her eyes and doing nothing.

They knowingly hired us despite doubts about paying salaries, disregarding the financial vulnerability of most of us (e.g., foreigners reliant on work passes, young professionals starting their careers, individuals with financial obligations). This disregard belies Gabriel's claims of possessing a moral compass.

And if you think Gabriel's turned over a new leaf, think again. We learned the hard way—don't make the same mistake.

I implore you to heed our testimony. Do your research, explore other complaints online, and feel free to reach out for further details. We're determined to prevent others from becoming his victims. Let's make sure we're the last group they pull this on.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Score Jewelry. I ordered a set of rings way back on October 19, 2021, and it's now September 23, 2022, and I still haven't gotten my hands on 'em. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team a bunch of times, but I've only gotten one response so far, and that was just to ask for my order number. I gave it to 'em, but I haven't heard anything back since then.

Got the ring from Score Jewelry ASAP! It came earlier than I expected (less than two weeks) and I am completely bowled over by it. The way it was crafted looks perfect, not a flaw in sight. The engraving is stunningly beautiful too.

Unfortunately, the ring turned out to be a tad too big for my finger. Thankfully, I contacted the seller and I must say, the person I dealt with was fantastic. The Customer Service was top-notch, and we're now receiving a replacement in a jiffy!

This site needs to step up their game in customer service. I made the mistake of ordering twice from them. The first time, it took an excruciating amount of time to receive my ring. I was patient because they did advise a longer wait time on their website. Plus, after sending several emails, I finally managed to get a tracking number. But then, in May of 2021, I decided to give them another chance and ordered again. To my utter dismay, it is now almost March 2022, and still no sign of my ring. That's a whole nine months later, and I'm beginning to suspect that I may not receive it ever. I've sent so many emails, filled out countless customer service forms and even resorted to contacting them through other platforms like Facebook and Etsy. To add to my misery, I couldn't log in to the website for a few months because the captcha was malfunctioning, and it showed as a website issue.

Their customer service is infuriatingly terrible. I just want my order so that I can close the chapter on this terrible experience. If you are brave enough to order from here, expect the worse, and keep in mind that it's entirely possible that you may never receive your order, and Good luck getting a response from anyone on their "service team".

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Score Jewelry. I ordered matching bands on April 8th, a 6mm and an 8mm. I was told that the 8mm would be ready in a week and the 6mm in 2-4 weeks. Score Jewelry even assured me in writing that they do all their customized work in Canada and would NOT ship anything from China.

However, after a month of waiting and sending multiple emails and Facebook messages, I received a tracking number...from CHINA! Not only that, but Score Jewelry didn't even make the 6mm ring I ordered. When I asked for a refund, Score Jewelry refused, even on the ring they didn't make!

It took a whopping 86 days to simply receive the first ring, and after much back and forth, Score Jewelry finally agreed to refund my money. However, their refund policy was absolutely ridiculous - I had to wait until the Chinese item arrived, not open the package, and ship it to Canada via regular mail without insurance. Then, Score Jewelry would determine if I had "tampered" with the box, and if so, they wouldn't refund my money.

Score Jewelry's physical address in Canada is not legitimate, and the phone number on their website is just a generic recording. Their website claims that they customize all their work in Canada, but use a distribution center in China - which makes no sense to me.

I finally had to contact PayPal and force Score Jewelry to refund my money. I got my money back for the 6mm ring, but kept the 8mm ring I had originally offered to keep. The rings were just okay, nothing spectacular.

Overall, I caution anyone considering making a purchase from Score Jewelry to be extremely wary. They lie about shipping, lie about where their products come from, and refuse refunds - it's ridiculous!
