RMATV system sent my order to an old address even though all the details in their system were updated to the correct information however they sent it to an address that was over 8 years old and no longer appeared under my profile.
RMAT stated that I had to pay an additional $15 to have the address re-routed even though it was an error on their side.
They would not do anything at all.
Terrible service and will never use them again
Recommendation: use other providers. RMAV are too big and just dont care anymore
Push for a refund of the rerouting fee – make it clear it’s their mistake. If they won’t budge, escalate or file a complaint with consumer protection. Don’t let them get away with charging you for their error.
