Roblox review: My account getting terminated

Hi Roblox Support Team,

My account was terminated due to a voice chat argument in Prison Life, and I would like to explain what happened.

I stepped in to defend someone who was being targeted and harassed. The other player started insulting us with words like 'Bum', 'ez', 'loser', and 'trash'. In the heat of the moment, I reacted defensively and said things back.

While I recognize I shouldn't have engaged and take responsibility for arguing back, a termination is extremely harsh for a verbal argument that started because I was defending another player. A human agent previously reviewed and reduced a penalty for this, so I kindly ask that you please manually review this case and restore my account.
