My daughter's Roblox acount was hacked by a Roblox designer. I've emailed and called Roblox multiple times and haven't received a response. Not only are they non-responsive but they have a handful of games that promote gangs and gang violence.
If used appropriately and under adult supervison, the game can be a pleasant experience. However, this experience with this hacker (username: unreleasedyeezy) has convinced me that Roblox is not a safe space neither are they responsive or responsible.

Roblox is dangerous to anyone who isn't a hacker and just wants to play games reasonably. But nope and I fully believe their staff they hire under the table are involved in the scamming and hacking of clients. There is no communication properly or professionally to roblox. My grandsons account was hacked twice... My computer alone has been tampered with through their staff only. When roblox refuses to deal with issues appropriately or deal with their paying clients professionally, then it is safe to assume this game site is rotten to its core and unsafe and I fully believe their staff are involved.

I have just experienced watching my daughter have machine gun wielding characters enter her 'safe home' this morning! shooting bullets everywhere! if I knew this game was violent obviously we would not have allowed our children to use it!
I am DISGUSTED! someone needs to sort this out !
