Rivoli Groupthey are asking for $ 300 to repair my certina watch

I bought a cirtina 1888 watch in 2008
And as it brand I have beef told that's five years warranty
And it should be registered on the system by me
Now they are asking for the warranty card which no body keep and they ask for almost 300 $
Which is really high almost 40% of the original price
I informed them to return my watch and I will through it and never by any brands distribute by rivoli group
I had very good experience with movado they real gret
