(1) We were told all rooms face ocean. Not true. Our building which has two bedrooms, none. I am 80yrs old with two artificial total knees replaced and walk with braces were put in building on the top floor with no elevator also my wife has knee problems. It is hard to believe a five-star hotel without a elevator. No body mention that while we booked that 2bedrooms are only in this building. Had to climb 60 steps up and 60 steps down to go eat the dinner. I climbed 120 up and down first day. Luckily our son could carry luggage for us. Next day we requested at the front desk, no rooms available. Waited in lobby 4hrs before we could get a ground floor room. No room service and you had to go to front desk to get anything even water, liquor, coffee restock. No restocking for two days. Had to go to the desk in person to get anything done, no one picks up the phone, I was given two free promotional massages during my stay. No expiring dates. I booked on 27th of July night I go down to find the promotions has expired. What an insult. One best thing was that the staff at dining hall adjusted to our wife and grandchild allergies to certain food. There was nothing in this hotel to qualifies 5-star rating. Very bad experience even the sheets on the bed was smaller than the bed. I will have to think before boking next vacation. You should have your salespeople more details about the property. The pain and discomfort ruined our $6000 plus cost. A three star or worse for accommodation, room ser vices. Did not even come close to Riu Palace in Aquarelle, Jamica. I am hoping that your office takes appropriate action so another family do not go thru this unfortunate experience. Thanks. Please do contact me If I could be of help to resolve this. When I went to ask why we were not getting liquor they said it was because we loud and rude. These people made me so angry that I took my anger out on a toddler. Even though I am a senior the parents want to press charges so since I was facing charges anyway i hirt the toddler more. I am banned from using them.. I did not pay for this vacation my kids did because i said i would disown them if they did not.
