We have been buying Ritz Crackers for many many years. In about the last year, the crackers crumble. They are crumbled a lot of time before you can even get them out of the roll. If you attempt to put something on them, it is a sad story. If you try to dip them, it is impossible without them crumbling. Ritz Crackers have been a staple in our house for years.

Desired outcome: Maybe a coupon for free boxes would be nice. But the best outcome would be to fix the problem.
