Ritz Crackers review: Crackers broken iiin box ( 175 comments)

Bought a Variety Pack at Costco today [protected]. Received a Ritz Bits 1 oz package that is empty. It is sealed with air but no contents in the package.

I bought a bag of ritz toasted chips sour cream and onion. Once I got home and opened them, they didn’t have any sour cream & onion seasoning. Just tasted like a cracker. These are my favorite and I was just a little disappointed.. I bought them 2/25/23 at Vons in California

I absolutely LOVE the Sour Cream & Onion Toasted Chips, but the last 2 bags have NO flavor, and...I did not buy them from the same store! I go through a bag of them myself every 2-3 days! Did you have a bad batch? I bought 1 in Tallulah Louisiana February 27, and the other bag in Oak Grove Louisiana March 2.

These toasted chips have absolutely no flavor and all the chips are broken.

On Sunday March 12th, I purchased 2 bags of my favorite chips by Ritz. Today I opened one bag expecting to enjoy a few of them and I found that there was no flavoring on any of them. So I opened the second bag to find the same thing in that bag. It was disappointing to say the least.

Purchase date is 2/23/23 from Sam's club in Indiana @12pm. The cookies and crackers didn't have any cream or cheese in the middle. They were plane and my family wanted them filled.

I love ritz. Morning go to with peanut butter. This box had broke crackers in every sleeve. I have eaton for years. Disappointed ☹️ Week of March 13

The last two boxes of Ritz crackers that I bought at Sam’s Club, which contain 18 stacks, have crumbled before you get them out of the package. See picture. This was between January and March 2023.

This is very bad when you’re using it for snack crackers at a party. I feel it was a waste of money and will really think about buying it again.

I bought the snack package that is supposed to have 8 packs in it and it only had 7. I bought them 4/4/2023 at the Walmart in Orange, City, FL Below is their info. Picture attached.

I've been eating Ritz since I was a child, and loved them dearly.

Now you've made Ritz Toasted Chips, so fantastic is like bitng into Ritz Original Cracker from 30 years ago all over again. Thank you for this new product. Very tasty.

Love the the product but recently purchased a couple of bags and 3/4 of the bag was small pieces hopefully this won’t be the norm

1-they have 0 flavor

2-they do not stay together as in a sandwich as described

3-they are also on the greasy side, not in a buttery sense either

I purchased a family size box of Ritz crackers with six stacks. When I opened three of the six stacks the tops of them were white with salt, rendering them inedible. I love your product but have to be Leary about purchasing them again. Rev. Debra L. Peacock

Bought a family pack of 18 Rits original from Costco San Francisco and eight were opened rest of ten were stale due to loose pack.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Cracker stacks inside of box have been contaminated with what appears and smells like peanut butter. seems that cross contamination has occured somewhere in the production line.

8/12/23 @ 1:45pm I found peanutbutter in 5 pkg of Ritz crackers purchased at Costco within the last 2 months we ate 2 pkg and have 3 unopened I can get the date of purchase if needed I don't know what else to write

Purchased this box from Costco. The crackers are stale, have little taste. I have been buying Rtiz crackers for years, something has changed with the original taste, Color is pale and texture is soggy.

Bought a box at Walgreens and one of the rolls came half empty.

Ritz crackers are broken in box. Just opened a new box on 8/23 and saw that all rolls of crackers are in shambles. I paid almost 5 dollars for each box and only got 10-15 unbroken crackers per roll. I bought 2 boxes

Purchased at Walmart, Bullhead City AZ on 8/23/2023. Purchase price $3.88

Sleeve was torn open inside the sealed box. Perhaps a packaging malfunction? Hopefully not a rodent.

I purchase about two boxes every month and have never had any issues.

Pictures attached showing Use by date, bar code and sleeve that was already torn open.

Purchased a case of Ritz original crackers from Sam's Club online (total of 18 stacks) Some of the crackers looked like they are burnt in each stack of crackers. With the cost of food these days I'm disappointed in the quality of your product and the loss of many edible crackers for my family. Please compensate me for the loss.

What the heck did you do to your crackers? They fall apart as soon as you grab one. I can't even dip them cause they fall apart. Please fix this problem or I guess I'll have to go to Town Home crackers. I know everyone is trying to cut costs, but if you lose your customers, what's the point.

Sept 18. They were supposed to be sour cream and onion flavored. They were just plain no seasoning at all. Not sure how that would happen. But wanted to let you know.

Fresh pack of 8 bundles is missing one. Have a lot of space in the case.

I buy these regularly and this is a bad batch.

I always enjoyed the buttery salted Ritz crackers. Now they are bland, crumbly, and no salt on the cracker. Very disappointed in the taste. Not an improvement.

The list of ingredients are listed on the package. I also see this "contains a bioengineered food ingredient" What is this ingredient and what is meant by bioengineered?

There is a black squished bug in my sealed package of Ritz crackers from the package directly out of the damn box. This is absolutely awful.

I love Ritz Crackers and eat them often, but I just learned they have "Bioengineered Food Products" in them. This is totally unacceptable and, sadly I cannot continue to eat them. I was told to check your ingredients on my box of Crackers today, Sept 29, 2023. I know that GMO ingredients are bad for my body!

I don't usually complain but this isn't the first time this has happened its the second time, I opened up my box and the first 2 packed are different sizes and actually are different looking packages just strange.

So I recently bought a box. And it was supposed to be 8 stacks. And there was only 7 in the box
