International orders/shipping
I placed an online order with Rituals Cosmetics via their web site on February 15, 2016. The order was for 58 euros, which I paid via international bank transfer. The payment went through on February 18, 2015. I have a copy of the transaction through my bank.
I received a confirmation for my order, # EU-[protected]. I never received the shipment, however, and when I contacted Rituals (via email), they replied that they had no record of the transaction. I have now written to them six times. They have asked for copies of the bank transaction and my bank account number, which I provided. The issue remains unresolved. They are no longer answering my emails.
I would like a refund for the products I paid for and did not receive. Can you kindly advise what I should do?

Bad product before expiry date!
Hi,
I am a big fan of rituals products, I love your stuff.
I only have one problem, I bought the car diffuser and the piece that makes it stand in the car keeps breaking. I had to buy several new ones and pay full price just to get that piece.
Please can you send me some of your spare pieces or make them stronger.

When I opened the jar it was half empty which was a huge disappointment. I expect a full refund. I could send a photo if required.
