Elite Construction

We used Elite for our front porch/deck replacement. Their prices weren't the lowest, but they were the company who helped us the most with design and options. Stuff came up as always in construction projects, but we had a customer support person who fixed all our issues. Our deck is nice, well built, and works great. I really recommend them.

This company is the most misleading and unprofessional I've ever dealt with. I would never hire them again. They never repaired the damage to my driveway's concrete. The roofers lack experience and can't communicate in English. When they installed the furnace vent cap, they broke the seal in the attic, causing my carbon monoxide alarms to go off because the carbon monoxide was backing up into the basement. Thank god for my carbon monoxide detectors. They always made appointments but never showed up. I had to clean up the mess in the yard myself. The roofers were always smoking and throwing their cigarette butts in the yard. There was no supervision of the roofers. They delayed my roofing to try and get my neighbor to commit. By then, there was snow on the roof, and the roofers shoveled it onto my entrance doorways. The employer said it would be done in one day, but it wasn't. I don't understand how this company has an A+ rating. They are very deceiving.
