Shoddy workmanship. Same leak after previous "repairs" where water gushed in our master bedroom. We filled buckets of rainwater pouring down, ruining the rug and interior wall, and inviting mold. Had other inspectors review, including insurance inspections. They all reported shoddy workmanship as the cause. Insurance would not cover due to shoddy workmanship and encouraged me to sue for damages. This is the 3rd time and still under warranty.

The work was done way ahead of when promised. The workmanship was top notch. The crew was excellent and willingly worked through a couple of problems I gave them. The completely cleaned up, including sweeping and blowing off the roof. Other than a nice new roof, you cannot tell they were here.

Recently, I had the BEST experience with RENCO Roofing...starting with Lars Raisanen! He was awesome to work with; knowledgeable, reliable, kind, and very patient. All workers were thorough and I especially appreciated “Joe” and his partner while they worked on my roof. I have already referred this company to others and will continue to do so. The roof coating failed within the 5-year guarantee. It was checked annually including a few months before the failure was reported. I was told I needed a whole new roof and that it was not due to the elastomeric coat failure. 4 reputable companies have disputed this allegation. The foam roof, if protected properly would not need to be replaced. This was not my initial experience with Renco Roofing through Lon. I am sad that it has come to this.

In process of selling our home, the buyers inspector noted some holes and cracks in our foam roof that Renco had installed several years ago. We contacted them and they sent Christopher the next day. Chris repaired all cracks and holes, took pictures and showed us. Additionally he noticed our scuppers had a lot of debris and cleaned them out. Way above and beyond. AND it was raining this whole time! He could not have been nicer or more professional.

Lars has been to our home on two different occasions over the last few years. He also did the estimate to fix my son's roof so he could sell his house 4 years ago. In all cases he was courteous and professional. He was thorough, gave us pictures, and also gave us options to do more or less. They also provided warranties for their work. They came to the house as per the agreed schedule. We hardly knew they were there. The roofers were efficient and got the work done on a timely basis. Renco came to me as a recommendation from a friend. My roof had a leak and I wasn't sure if I could afford the whole roof being replaced or just the area affected being repaired. The roof was 16 years old and had minor damage in other places, so replacing the whole roof was ideal for me, but repairing was a must. Joe came out and inspected the roof and sent me a proposal for both. To my surprise, the cost to replace the whole roof was less than I thought and fell within my budget. The installation crew was very professional and fast. They replaced the roof in 3days and the work was top notch. I'm very happy with the work they performed from start to finish.
