Dealing with contractors & repairs is usually so stressful but Trinity Roofing is the exception. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, patient & professional. They exceeded expectations by handling all contact with insurance adjuster, city permits & inspections. Their work crew is also very courteous, timely & professional with everything complete, including clean up in a day. I'd recommend to anyone wanting a great job. Thank y'all for a great new roof experience!

We recently used Trinity Roofing & Restoration to replace our roof and couldn't be more pleased with their work. Their customer service is impeccable and their work crew is punctual, thorough and respectful. In fact, we were so happy with the job that they did for us that we just had them put a new roof on my elderly mom's home as well. Trinity roofing is a great company. Adrianne, the owner really knows this business. Adrianne and her team transformed our Church building to look 100% better. Our Church is a 100 year old structure and now our building is safe and updated because of their work. I am so happy with the work they did. They also changed the roof at my house and they did a great job at my home too. After the work is done they clean up real nice. I can't say enough good things about this company. So glad I called them. My insurance company had already denied my original claim. I have been with my insurance company for 20 years and NEVER filed a claim plus my roof was a 20 year roof so it basically had done its job already. They came out and looked at it and told me what to do. It was then approved. These people know their stuff. I got my new roof. Material was delivered on a Tuesday afternoon and the roofers were here the following morning. Done and completed in 1 day. Call them, you'll be glad you did just like I was.

We had roof damage a few months ago from a hail storm. One of my neighbors introduced me to Trinity Roofing & Restoration and their team, and I am super thrilled they did! Trinity Roofing & Restoration took the time to go through my paperwork and explain things, answered all my questions, and kept in contact with me the whole time through the process. They also found additional hail damage on my property that was missed during inspection and worked with my insurance company directly so I didn't have to deal with them. Talk about the real deal - Working with Trinity Roofing and Restoration has been amazing! Adrienne and Cynthia go above and beyond stereotypical contractor expectations. We needed A LOT of repair from a hail storm. Our first meeting with Adrienne was thorough and she took her time answering ALL of our questions. She even found damage our insurance adjuster had missed. It has been a little over a month and our work is completed - new roof, fence, gutters, screens, and exterior paint. Her crews - wow - respectful, friendly, and they leave the property cleaner than they found it. Adrienne and Cynthia kept us informed, responded promptly to our calls/texts and even came to our home weekly. I would definitely recommend Trinity!

Trinity Roofing and Restoration is a first rate company. From the installation of a complete roof with decking, painting the exterior, repairing damaged wood, installing new gutters, and installing a front door each job was timely and expertly done. They negotiated with the insurance company, when I was unsuccessful, resulting in deductible expenses only for my roof replacement secondary to hail damage. The workers were on time, pleasant and made sure every aspect of the work was perfectly done. Neighbors in my community have been very complementary on the colors and workmanship. I had my roof checked out after a recent hail storm. The contractor said "surprisingly, you have NO Hail Damage. It must have skipped you." Yet, everyone around me was having their roof repaired. I sat here for several months wondering, how could that be? hmmm...then one day, a great friend and her husband stopped by and shared what a great experience they had with Trinity Roofing and Restoration. I am so glad I listened to them and called [Owner's Name], owner of Trinity Roofing and Restoration. [Owner's Name] and her Sharp Assistant, [Assistant's Name] pulled up and immediately walked around the house, noting any hail damage. She even pulled out her ladder and got on the roof. [Owner's Name] has a sharp eye, as we walked through the house there was some water/leak damage inside. We gave [Owner's Name] free reign to manage the project and she took control and met with the insurance adjuster. The roofers were done in 1 1/2 days.
