Kopitiam staff bad service

T3 Kopitiam staff serving drink deliver negative service. This happen on 3rd November around 12.30 am. Kopitiam staff serve with rude manner such as tapping her hand on the table. Putting a cup of hot water hardly on the table and hot water spill out. She even argue and quarrel with customer. People like her cannot work in Changi Airport doing serving. Kindly take action on her.

Kopitiam ban mian store

Complaint about the ban mian store in kopitiam opposite singapore management university

On the 3rd of march 2014, at 8:10pm, I went to kopitiam opposite singapore managament university and patronised the ban mian stall tended by a chinese national lady. I very clearly stated that I want a ban mian dry and takeaway. While preparing my food, she was chatting away with another stall holder whom I do not know why, is not tending her stall. I saw the smallholder preparing soup ban mian, therefore, I told her I wanted dry not with soup. She then glared at me and mumbled under her breathe that I didn’t tell her earlier even though, I did very clearly.

And what she did after, was I believe shouldn’t be the attitude of any stallholders. She dumped the dry ban mian onto the uncooked egg in the plastic container. Then, she added some vinegar into my noodles. And what happen next is unbelievable, she charged me $4.50+20 cents for that bowl of noodles. I went back to tell her that maybe she made a mistake, because every time I order dry ban mian from this stall, I get charged $3.80 + 20cents. Her reply was all dry noodles are $4.50! So a normal bowl of noodles plus few drops of vinegar is $4.50.70cents for that few drops of vinegar.

I believe that this is very professional of her and I have far better expectations of any kopitiam staff. This event has been very very upsetting. I believe she needs to understand that what she did was wrong, this can cause people to stop patronising her stall, which of course, will bring down the revenue and tarnish the reputation of the company.

As a customer, I am very very disappointed with this level of customer service and I feel cheated of my money.
