I was contacted by a recruiter in early January in the Phoenix office and the recruiter discuss my previous illness with her clients for this health facility. Then the recruiter denies after being let go saying " I was not the right fit", and change the terms to their clients over staffed too many people and my work wasn't up to par! So I was suppose to have an assignment guarantee for 3 months making 40, 000 plus with the potential going full-time. After being let go I was asked could I go back to the previous employer when the recruiter knew I left my employer with no proper notice. Basically, the recruiter was trying to pass the buck and not be bother with me anymore. This agency has violated the American with disability act and did not offer any other position for me. Yes, I am angry and I want to be compensated for the money I would of been making and additional damages for the time wasted for violating my rights under the State and Federal guidelines.
