Fit 4 Less reviews and complaints
Inability to accommodate my client
Yesterday was an interesting day for my client and I in one of your FIT FOR LESS locations in Guelph Ontario. I am a social work/ community support worker for person w a severe learning disability and social anxieties among many other diagnosis. Yesterday I was asked to step off a machine after I was working out along side the individual I support. 3 years of going to for less locations with various clients (milton acton waterloo) I have never been so stopped in my tracks. The I individual I support is cognitively slow, and needs visual reminders to stay on task in his daily life. I was running on an elliptical machine beside him when asked to disengage very rudely and abruptly by one of your associates in the Guelph location. Please help all I wanted to do was work out and engage my client in the community but these individuals on shift heavily misinterpreted this situation. Not impressed. My individual has paid for his membership for you until January 2021 of next year and will likely frequenting this Guelph Ontario location. Thank you either which way.

cancelling
I recieved a letter telling me that y sons contract was coming to a close soon. I took in the letter clearly stating that I must cancell before to renewal date. But there is no time frame stated. They tell me I have to cancell after the experiation date. If I cancell before that than it an automatic 3 months I have to pay. How am I supposed to deal with this. All I want to do is stop the renewal and not have the membership extended, My son has fractured his hip and cant use the gym right now anyway, I have no problem completing the contract, I can't end my membership until his is cancelled since he is under 18 and a parent has to be a member for his to stay active. Mine is on a 30 day notice. Isn't there an unwritten rule that unless otherwise stated that a 30 notice is required for cnceling a contract?
