Edy's Ice Cream Bad icecream and service

I wanted icecream so we made a special trip to the store to purchase icecream. I decided on Edy's Max Cookie Dough. So when I got it home the left side of the container was empty and there were ice chips in the ice cream. So I decided to go to their website to let them know. I tried to voice a complaint on their page however when I submitted the complaint I was advised that the page was unavailable. I then tried to submit the complaint on the parent website Dreyer but again got the same error message. Oh and they are closed right now so I plan on calling tomorrow. Really just let me file a complaint on the product I didn't like. If you don't want complaints don't say to call or go the website if the product isn't to your liking.

I bit down on a piece of glass in some Edy's ice cream as well but I am trying to contact a lawyer because my tooth broke off

My experience was somewhat similar. I bought and ate the Edy's Maxx Cookie Dough Ice cream on November 18, 2011. In the store I noticed the container (14 fl ounces) felt pretty light, but I bought it none the less. Usually that size container feels a lot heavier. When I opened the container the ice cream was even with the top; however, once you got to the bottom I quickly noticed that the entire bottom of the container was EMPTY. No wonder the container felt light! They were cheating you out of a full container of Ice Cream!
I will report this on their website and place a complaint against them with the BBB.

I bought and eat Edy's ice cream and crunched down on GLASS. IT CRUNCHED in my teeth. I had several pieces of the very thin glass. I called the company and gave them the numbers off the carton and they said they would check into it and send me a package to send the glass to them to be checked out. I did as they requested .
