Paid more than 2k for order, never delivered
Purchased floor mats from American Floor Mats. Mats should’ve been shipped weeks ago. They lied for 3 weeks telling me it was shipped when it wasn’t. I contacted the supposed shipping company and I’m not in their system. They took more than 2k of my money and keep telling me it’s on the way. They’re obviously lying after weeks of this. Not sure if the company even really exists.

Hello, This has been a nightmare. I first ordered a 8x4 bluestone diamond rug that came in 5 inches longer...I was told if anything it would be a few inches shorter...so after contacting customer support...we were told that we had to pay for shipping the mat back to you folks, then after an email explaining that I was not pleased with having to pay for...
