1. Place you with a place that was an upcoming hotel. Old house with units in each window to provide air/heat supposedly. When you call this service, you get the run around. Before you confirm your hotel, google the site so that you are not booked at a hole in the wall. They have the nerve to tell you that you can't cancel. Make sure you converse with the hotel directly, to cut out this unnecessary service. If they could have seen the hotel, the charge should have been less than what it was. If you contact them for a past reservation, try to have all of your information because, they act like it can't be retrieved on their company network. Horrible in every way! Will make sure that we never make a reservation through a third party again!
Recommendation: Future customers, stay away from a third-party servicer. Call the hotel directly.
