Hi Sir,
I am using whatsapp since 2014, But in 2016 I came to Oman and my whatsapp was active on Renna number, in December 2017 I back to Pakistan and last week, my mobile got formatted, everything deleted, when I reinstalled whatsapp and wanted to activate, I come to know that my Renna number is not working here, so I contacted my friend to get my number bavk from Renna office but they said that my number is deleted from System, because of not using it for more than 6 months. My all data of 3 years was in that whatsapp. Many important contacts and pics, videos, documents. Now I am not able to activate my whatsapp.
I request you to Please reissue me my previous Renna number.
