Renewal by Andersen of Alaska review: Ordered replacement patio door 9 months ago. Will not respond to our calls. Scheduled work twice and never showed up.

Ordered replacement patio door in April 2022, paying $5300 to order with another $5300 due with installation. We were told it would be installed no later than August 2022. Started calling in August to check on installation. Always had to leave message. On got 2 responses between August and September 2022 claiming shipping issues and/or delaying installation. Their email address quit working in October 2022. The phone number no longer took messages in November 2022. Got a phone number for office in Anchorage, Alaska. Called in December 2022.Actually reached a person! Called back week later saying they were working on scheduling jobs in our town. Received call telling us we were scheduled for installation January 9, 2023. Today is January 9, 2023 and no one has showed up. Calling Anchorage number and cannot reach anyone. Leaving messages but no responses. We want our money back! Worst customer service we've ever experienced.
