I bought some windows from East Coast Windows & Doors, Inc

I bought some windows from East Coast Windows & Doors, Inc. like 5 years ago. Just found out that one of them is rusting. I've called them like 5 times already and they told me to talk to some guy named *** (no last name) who I think is the service manager. I talked to him twice and he said he'd come over to check it out, but he never did. I'm getting worried that my warranty will run out soon. Can someone please help me out?
