I had a team member come down to *** to take measurements for my custom windows this week (I think his name was ***?). He was very pleasant to work with. He got the job done quickly while also being personable. It can be awkward having people doing work in your home, but he was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you and we hope to work with you again when we need to replace other windows in our home!

Design Consultant, assisted me with design and colors for a window and sliding glass door. He also explained financing options. *** did a superb, professional job.***, Installation Manager, analyzed my project with knowledge and efficiency. He was courteous and sincere. My project is not done yet. Both *** and *** have exceeded my expectations. I think my window and door will do the same.

Love the windows! So much so that we having Renewal by Andersen replace the rest of the windows in the house. The should be ready in April.The installers Jake H. and Griffin W. were great. They are very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure the windows were installed correctly and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company and these particular installers to anyone considering getting new windows.

Recently Jake F. and Cory, installed our windows and we are very pleased with their quality of work. They were very pleasant, professional and accommodating and left our home in great shape when they left. The whole team at Andersen has been wonderful to work with starting with our sales consultant, Amanda H., then to Daniel P. who did the measurements and finally to Jake F. and Cory who did the installation. Renewal by Andersen has a team approach work model and as a customer it is much appreciated.

A Great Company To Work With! The whole staff from sales to the final install crew were consumate professionals. This company has a superior product and an extremely knowledgeable team. They recently put in a new sliding patio door and some bay windows for me and I couldn't be more pleased by their work. If you want your glass installed right, go with these guys. This is our second encounter with RBA for installation. As expected after our previous experience, the employees were courteous & kind to myself and children. The installers, Jacob T. & Preston H. were conscientious of my home and took great care in protecting our flooring and cleaning up all debris & dust created during the installation. As the homeowner, I was kept informed and up to date on progress, as well as any delays that arose and why. We are very satisfied with RBA and have plans to engage their services again as we continue to replace our old windows & doors. To date, we have replaced a sliding glass door and six windows.

Jacob T and Tyrone D were our installers. They replaced my "working from home now" office windows and our kitchen window, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Jacob and Tyrone were professional, respectful and clean-cleaning as they progressed including wiping surfaces with disinfectant wipes. They communicated regularly about the progress of the project. And they completed the project on time! We appreciate that everyone who came into our home was respectful of our health and our pets. This is our second experience with RBA, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use them in the future as we upgrade the rest of our windows.

We couldn't be happier with our installers: Tyrone D and Jacob T Both were professional, kept a clean work area, and listened to our concerns about keeping the house clean and warm when possible. Jacob even put up extra plastic for heat retention and fixed our front door jam. Five stars to them! We have been very happy with everyone who has been a part of the process from our sales rep to the next guy who confirmed the windows and measurements to the office staff. Our only constructive feedback would be to either add a service of staining the window trim to match the interior or allow us to receive the wood earlier so we could do it prior to installation. The windows are beautiful though, clean, and keep our house warm.

This Company Just want stop as I Have called and called these people to stop contacting us and sending their literature to no avail. I have probably contacted them at least 8 or more time to take us off their mailing list and each time they say they will, but again, I continue to get their junk mail which I do not want. Our original contact with them was regarding using them, but then they didn't want to do anything unless both myself and spouse were present, which was the end of that. Every since, they continually send us their advertisements which I do not want and have to continually shred it. I would not do business with these people on a bet as I think they are shysters and If there was an option, I would give them no stars.

Renewal replaced all of our windows and our patio door and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the professionalism of the entire team, and the windows! Bobby and Austin were our main installers and they had help from Mike D and his crew, and Jacob T and his crew to ensure our project was completed in the promised time span. All of the people from Renewal who came by our house were respectful of our home and our health. They all wore masks, put drop cloths on the floors, and cleaned as they were going. So nice to not need to clean up behind them all week. Even our driveway was covered to keep their work areas clean! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to give their house an upgrade. Ours sure got a glow-up!

When I decided to get the sliding door in my dining room replaced I was fully prepared to do a lot of shopping around and price comparisons. I called Renewal by Andersen and *** came out and told me about their products and even showed me examples of their products and how they are made with samples in a case. He asked me what I want my door to be created a computer model to show me what my door will look like. A few days later *** came out did some measurements, confirmed that what *** had written was what I wanted and let me know what to expect as far as installation and customer care between now and then. After hearing from renewal by Andersen there were no comparisons. Their product is so well-made and exactly what we need for Alaska living. Their customer service has been too notch. Theyve got some really kind and patient people working there. It didnt take a second thought to say yes to Renewal by ***.

When I first called Andersen to get my quote I sat through the entire presentation by Amanda. I expected it was going to be a sales pitch, and yes, it was that. But, it was also informative. I was looking for decent insulation, sound blocking and something to keep the sun from heating my house up so much in the summer. Amanda covered all those points as well as the material and construction of the windows. I have never been so entertained while being told about such dry information about windows in a sales pitch. There was about a two month delay from the time I ordered them to the time that they were installed, but I don't know enough to say whether that is quick or slow with custom windows. When they were installed, Donovan and Cody were professional and committed to getting them put in as efficiently as possible. I let them inside, let them know where the bathroom and the kitchen was, and they went to work. Replacing windows in an older house, dealing with openings that aren't quite square, and other issues can't be easy. But when asked about it they merely shrugged, like "that's the job". Both the guys had an incredible attitude the whole time they were here. I just had them installed today, and am very happy with the windows and the speed and quality of the installation.
