I have called Kyle Fear in Aurora Colorado and he is the one that is saying that on the contract it says they can change the Life Time Guarantee wording anytime they want. I told him that when I agreed to the contract, I agreed to what was written the first time. His phone number is 720-770-9500.
If anyone is seeking a lawsuit against this company. I will join and more will put the lawyer information on who to contact.
Recommendation: Together we stand. Class Action Lawsuit!!!

I am having the same issue with an office in Florida. I was told I will never have to pay for routine maintenance, now they want $150.00 per arch, when it used to be free. Also, you can no longer go to a different office in the event they have one closer to you. You have to stay with the same office where you had your initial procedure. ANOTHER CHANGE without notice. All that happened when Renew Anchored Dentures sold the venture to private offices. I will definitely not recommend this company as they pretty much do whatever they feel more convenient to them. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OBLIGATIONS
