Greetings!!!

You have been constantly terminating my line and also charging me for it!!!

Also I understand you have been sending me reminders but the bank transaction is not succesfull.
Attachment above proves it.

We needed you service is because we are based far away and cant come over frequently. The best way of paying is via online and we are unable to do so with the account details given. Kindly try yourself.

Also charging me during the time you have terminated the line?? Is that justifiable??
Is this the service you provide or cheap trade of making easy money???

Very disappointed with your service. Looks like you guys are waiting to terminate the line and charge us for that too!!!

    Very poor services, irresponsible, unprofessional and totally incompetency of the staffs in the center. the area manager and community manager are rude and can't even handle some small issues. Not only they attend to client's enquiry but making all the excuses to cover each other. They will use some low tactic like threaten to suspend account, occur more charges, penalty to threaten you to avoid all the issues. Before you sign up they will promise all kind of value added services, once the payment is clear even before the date of the started date of agreement, they already broke the promises and hold your obligation for 12 months agreement. What a shame.

    Over my 20+ years as the professional entrepreneur, I never encounter such horrible experiences.

    I will definitely bring this matter to local authority.

    They are smart to use provider in their agreement to avoid some law and regulation in Malaysia.

    But, there is a law or code of conduct for someone like them who simply misselling and breach the agreement.

    Again, this is so called the professional and intelligence company.

    Retain our payment and the refund willtake 60+ day sand want us out immediately, what a shame

    My reply to them:

    Regus global which prides itself in promoting the brightest talents but unfortunately when your handle this issues yet the first question I would like to asks when we raise this issues to your if this is the correct manner handle by your so called intelligence talents which they promises to granted us the access till 18th for handover but denied and ignored our request and right again?????

    And yet If this problem the replies is, “have you tried turning your computers/ network off and on?”

    “Sorry You have no agreement with us..”

    Waiting for Regus Global’s responses and positive solutions. If not, I shall move out all my business with Regus Global immediately and forever.
