She even raised her voice at me! Can you believe it? When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she had the nerve to say she was the supervisor. But she couldn't help me, apparently. She said there was nothing she could do and then hung up on me. Talk about unprofessional!

I didn't give up, though. I called back again and got connected with this lady named Camilla. I told her I had already been talking to a customer service agent, but she didn't seem to care. She said it didn't matter because they all used the same system. Well, I wanted to speak to the supervisor I had been dealing with, so I asked to be transferred. But guess what she said? She claimed there was no supervisor on site. Can you believe that? I asked if there was a supervisor at the call center, and she said this person named Nikki was the supervisor, but she wasn't there. I told her I had been working with Mia, who claimed she was the supervisor. And you know what Camilla said? She said Nikki was the supervisor and that she wasn't in. When I asked if Mia was available, she just hung up on me. Can you believe the nerve of these people?

Let me tell you, this is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's absolutely horrendous! I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy. Stay away from Moleskine if you value good customer service. Trust me, it's not worth the headache.
