So, I was lookin' for some Ariat boots online and stumbled upon Redpost Equestrian. Never heard of 'em before, but figured I'd give it a shot. First pair came quick but was too big, so I called 'em up to sort things out. The folks on the phone were mega helpful and even suggested a different pair of boots that I hadn't thought of. They shipped 'em out pronto and got 'em to me the very next day!
Now, I gotta say, I'm pretty darn pleased with the whole process. It was easy peasy and quick! Gave me the confidence to check out Redpost Equestrian for future horse-related buys.

I found out about Redpost Equestrian from my instructor and immediately knew that this was the place for me to find a new helmet. I'm a big fan of Samshield and the prices on Redpost Equestrian couldn't be beat, not even with shipping all the way to the US. Plus, they had an awesome deal going on where I could also get a free helmet bag if I pre-ordered my helmet. The only thing to note was that it could take up to 5 days for the bag to come in, but I appreciated the heads up so I knew exactly what to expect.

I had no issues checking out on the site at all, it was quick and easy. And imagine my excitement when I received a shipping notification from DHL this morning with a tracking number! I can't wait to see my new helmet in person when it gets here next Monday.

I have to say, the communication from Redpost Equestrian has been stellar so far. I'm thrilled to have found such a great deal on my new helmet and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again in the future.

I had an easy time shopping at Redpost Equestrian (redpostequestrian.co.uk). Transaction was hassle-free. Even though I'm not a pro in online shopping, I found the experience good. I was satisfied with the quality of the product I received. However, I had issues with the delivery experience. It could have been much better if the parcel carrier could have advised me of the pending delivery or offered me the option of authorizing them to leave the parcel at my shed. But, unfortunately, ParcelForce left it at a "local" post office which was 13 miles round trip from my place. Also, to my inconvenience, it didn't open until 9am. I got stuck in traffic, and parking was difficult. Weekends are the only time I get to spend with my family, but this delivery experience ruined my plans. I felt disappointed as I have been ordering products from other couriers, and this was not my first time. It happens too often with ParcelForce.

I gotta tell you, I got my order from Redpost Equestrian and it was all good. The thing came in tip-top condition and I was a happy camper when it got here. And it fits like a glove, just like they said it would according to the sizing guide. And talk about a screamin' deal! It was 200 bucks less than the only other place in Oz that had what I needed. Plus, I hit them up with a few questions about their customer service and they got back to me licketty-split, super clear and helpful-like.

Now, shipping took a bit longer than I planned for because I'm on the other side of the world, but that ain't no thing. I'm all about supporting Redpost Equestrian when I need to get things I can't find around here. You know what I'm saying? So all in all, I got no beef with Redpost Equestrian and I'll definitely be back to check out their gear again.

Lemme tell ya 'bout my experience with Redpost Equestrian. I gotta say, I was kinda disappointed with the website. They said they had the rug I wanted in stock, so I decided to pay extra for next day delivery to get it ASAP. I submitted my order on a Saturday, and the email said it'd be delivered on Monday, which seemed pretty reasonable to me. But when it didn't show up by midweek, I decided to give Redpost a ring. That's when I found out that they didn't actually have it in stock, and that I'd have to wait until the following Monday for it to arrive. I guess the email had said that, but I musta missed it.

Honestly, if I had known it was gonna take that long, I may have gone somewhere else to get it. I needed it right away, ya know? It's just a bummer that the website didn't make it clear enough that my order wasn't gonna be fulfilled as quickly as I thought it would be.

I just bought these veredus overeach carbon boots from Redpost Equestrian 'coz my horse is a shoe stealer when he's out in the fields. It's the worst! Anyway, I really needed these boots A.S.A.P. and the guys at Redpost came through for me - they got them to me next day, before lunch. Boom! However, they were a little too big. Man, I was bummed. So, I called up their CS peeps and they were all over it. They got me another pair sent out to me pronto, even though it was late in the day. I got 'em the day after and they are perfect! Shoes are staying on, for now ;) Plus, returning the original pair was a total breeze - no drama, just a quick and easy process.

Got me Bucas Quilt stable rug with silkkkly feel lining one day later, quick like lightning using DPD. Don't trust Parcelforce delivery driver round these parts, always wantin' a signature before leaving me package. But Redpostequestrian gave me an option to pay a bit extra for that delivery option, so I took it and ain't regret it at all. Thank ya much for that. Rug fits me horse really good. He's a little stocky thing with a broad chest and low withers, so it can be darn hard to find a rug that sits right without pullin' or slidin' back. But this one does the trick thanks to the neck shape, singgggle fastening across the front, and the darts around the neck. True to size, too. And it's got a 2 year guarantee, so I'm hopin' it'll last as long as the supplier promises it will. Overall, I'm chuffed with the purchase and with the service from Redpostequestrian.

I recently received my shiny new boots from Redpost Equestrian. I gotta admit, they looked as fabulous as the picture on their website! The only bummer was that they were WAY too big for me. I reckon I could've gone down a couple of sizes, but I live outside the United Kingdom, so if I wanted to send the boots back to Redpost, I would've had to pay extra jingle for delivery and return charges. Bummer, right?

I couldn't believe it! I was waiting for my delivery when it was supposed to arrive, so why leave such a pricey package out in the open? I only found out my package had been outside for who knows how long when a friend dropped by some hours later. Turns out, the package was thoroughly soaked from the rain. Yikes!

As you can imagine, I was none too pleased that my pricey boots had been left soaking wet. I'm not sure I'd order again from Redpost, to be brutally honest. But, if they could guarantee that my costly items would be delivered to me at the time they specify, then I'd change my tune and sing their praises from the rooftops.

Overall, Redpost has a pretty impressive customer service team. I'd say they're pretty speedy too with a ten out of ten rating in both aspects. But darn it, I need my stuff to be delivered to me safe and sound. Until then, I'll have to hold off ordering anything else from Redpost Equestrian.

Anyway, once they received the damaged item back, it wasn't long before they sent me a replacement. And it arrived in much better condition this time around, thank goodness! Honestly, Sherrie was just fantastic throughout the whole ordeal, and I really appreciated her help and professionalism. If all customer service reps were like her, the world would be a much happier place!

All in all, I would definitely consider using Redpost Equestrian again in the future. The whole experience wasn't perfect, but at least they were willing to make things right. And that goes a long way in my book.
