Hi who concerned, My pos tracking number: LG196556515MY (pos express) Pos date: 10/12/15 Delivered date (shown in system): 11/12/15 26/12/15 customer called complaint, she haven't receive pos from us and I had call to verified with post office (KAJANG), he say the pos was delivered. We thought customer missing the pos but just yesterday only she received. Due to late delivery of your services, between me and my client is misunderstanding.
