Hi who concerned, My pos tracking number: LG196556515MY (pos express) Pos date: 10/12/15 Delivered date (shown in system): 11/12/15 26/12/15 customer called complaint, she haven't receive pos from us and I had call to verified with post office (KAJANG), he say the pos was delivered. We thought customer missing the pos but just yesterday only she received. Due to late delivery of your services, between me and my client is misunderstanding. I have 4 lines in one bill. all 4 lines have no connection for call or sms. what kind of scam is this. every month we pay the bill on the dot but you never never deliver fair service.
The coverage in my area have been slow lately this week, when surfing it's take a long time to reach that page. Sometimes when someone make a call they can't reach me.
Used to be have this TELCO. I though they have a stable network and during call will have this ULTRA HD VOICE CALL VOLTE+. Worst to worst do not have this damn thing and damn [censored]ing less for their network and most worst services to customer during 2020 in timing of RMCO.
