I've been attempting to obtain a refund according to the terms outlined in their contract

I've been attempting to obtain a refund according to the terms outlined in their contract. I was informed that *** would contact me, but it has been five weeks and I haven't heard anything. I consulted with a lawyer who confirmed that the contract does indeed state this. I am owed a refund of ***+. If we cannot come to a resolution, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action since I have been unable to pursue arbitration.
