I lakisha and my family have been attempting to contact my sister for about a year and each time was intentional lied to, intentionally sent back and forth to different numbers and departments just to see if my sister was even there. I was her guardian and had custody of her a few times to my understanding I never received any notifications stating otherwise so that in its self is a violation of multiple rules and regulations. When I finally got a call back from a supervisor I was told my sister doesn't want to speak to her family at all and has to sign some type of waiver just to speak to us which I know is a lie. For one my sister is incompetent and has a guardian over her to make decisions so clearly whoever is her guardian is trying to keep her away from her family... I also don't know if my sister is alive and well at all because your company refuses to let her speak to us at all. I have already filed a complaint with the attorney general and will be making more complaints to the proper authorities for intentionally violating my rights and my sisters rights as indigenous united states citizens.. Under the uniform securities act of [protected] and the trust indentured act of 1939 all of the rules and regulations have been violated on top of all bill of rights under the constitution.
