Red Robin 1 hour wait with 1 server on

On 7/30, My family of 6 visited the Red Robin in Nampa, Idaho for my 68th birthday. There was a waiting line out the door. We went inside and the hostess said that it would be over an hour wait, and added "we only have one server today". The time was 2:30 in the afternoon and there were no special events going on. OVER half the tables were unbussed and vacant. For 30 years I was a GM for Fiddlers Three, then Cocos, then Mimis Cafe in Southern California. BTW, I never complain, ever, (to a fault). There should have been 2 managers with aprons taking orders, and your favorite bartender that had been promoted after years of being a server doing the same. I'm 68, fat, retired and burned out, but give me 125,000 and some juicy YEB and I'll clean it up. We went over to Olive Garden about a quarter mile away, and had a wonderful experience. According to the Manager, about 25% of the peope in there had 1st visited Red Robin.

Red Robin How dirty the dining area and bathroom are

On July 30th at 11 am, we went to the chesterfield Missouri location. The location just open, the table had dirty build up on the metal plate on table, the carpet look like the were not clean from the night before and let's just say I could not even stomach the bathrooms. The service and food wS good. But will never go to that location again. The manager and staff take no pride in the looks

We ordered online for curbside at the Dover Delaware store on 7/19/22. They didn’t give us our sauces for the two big batches of onion rings we ordered. They burnt the sweet potato fries and also had all kinds of condiments in with my moms burger and fries. I asked for a plain cheeseburger with just Mayo but they put pickles and stuff on the side which made the burnt sweet potato fries taste like pickles and onions.

Red Robin Customer service

7/4/22 “Patrick” was our waiter. Immediately he told us and every person he say afterward, “I’m the only waiter for all these tables.

1) He forgot to bring us our water

2) despite asking for no onions, my salad had onions

3) forgot the fries he offered us for waiting

4) never received more fries after asking

This man did more talking than work! I heard him tell the two ladies next to us he was surprised at what they ordered “because they are skinny.” Hopefully he never says this to the wrong customer!

Horrible experience! What a waste of $30!

Desired outcome: Refund or something! This might get me to return!

Red Robin Payroll

Red Robin's payroll department, has failed and continues to fail, to pay employee David Conklin, employee #607851,store#509, Woodlands,, Texas, according to Texas Work force commission,rules,laws,policy, procedure, patterns, practice,or customs, after putting,the GM, Regional,and Division supervisors on notice thru, Workday message s, when they, known or should or known, well clearly established law,and or through accounting practices in payroll that one of there employees was not paid during a 4 day week end of the 4th of July,2022, essentially, denying, David Conklin, his liberties and freedoms without pay, when payroll employee s enjoyed their payroll and holiday,with clean clothes, housing, and food, while David Conklin suffered, they could of called for additional information,but there is no way to contact payroll.

Red Robin The telephone ordering system.

On 6/29/2022 I called in to Red Robin in Winter Garden, Fl on Daniels Road. - I was told it my order would be ready in approx. 15 to 20 minutes. When I got to the restaurant they at first said they could not find my order.--I asked to speak to the manager. She then looked it up and it was in the system-- she said as it was busy they just don't send the order to the cook staff. They wait. --So I had to wait over 25 minutes more for my order to be prepared.-- As a customer this is not acceptable. Your ordering staff should be advising the customer of 45 minutes to an hour wait from time of ordering.

Desired outcome: I would like a more responsive and responsible ordering system. The manager did apologize. But I see the system needs to be improved.

Visited the Hendersonville TN place 10 years ago for a mediocre overpriced Burger King Whopper copy. Never intended to go back, but made mistake of going again yesterday, to enjoy the slow service by ring-nosed sloppy farm animals, the slow "food" delivery, the menu full of high-calorie crap "food", the chicken doused in fetid crap sauce, the greasy and sticky floors and tables, the filthy restroom, the excess prices, excess noise and the abundance of fat slob patrons who seem to pig out regularly at this hog trough.

Again with the nose rings on the server and female manager, who wore a tight top with a push-up bra, which was the only positive aspect of the otherwise crap experience at DEAD ROBIN.

Red Robin Service in the Silverdale Washington Store

My wife and I have been going to Red Robin restaurants all over Washington after we were introduced to your Endless Root beer Floats. Also, we were introduced to your Cauliflower crust Pizza. We have been going into the Silverdale outlet for some time because we live close by. For about 2 or 3 months the Root Beer floats have been on and off for availability. I spoke to the manager asking why the availability of the Root beer floats is so bad. I was told the new machine is on order and because of the plan-demic shipping is taking some time. I am not having any trouble with my shipping.

Last Friday June 24, 2022 I went into the store to get the Cauliflower pizza. I was told that the ice cream machine is not working still. So, the Manager or Cooperate are telling us the customers a story. Is this Ice Cream machine even on order or am I being given a story. I would like to go back into that store and get both the pizza and the Root beer Float at the same time. Could you look into this and see what the real problem is.

Red Robin Took 2 $10 complimentary gift cards to pay $15.78 bill with no return of $4.22 on gift card

On 6/25/2022, 6 pm, my wife and I ate at Red Robin. My wife had a free birthday meal so Red Robin would not honor a 25% discount I had on my rewards. I asked for separate checks so they could but they refused. When I went to pay my bill, I had a small balance on a gift card and two $10 complementary gift cards given to me because I complained previously for waiting a half hour just to get a cold burger. I used the balance of the gift card and still owed $15.78. I wanted to use the two $10 cards to pay off my bill and assumed I would still have $4.22 on a card. At first the manager, Alison, said I could not use the cards, but then she said she zeroed out my bill and kept the two cards with no $4.22. Basically Red Robin will rip you off if they can for fastfood type food at steakhouse prices and then tell you to have a nice day as you are leaving.

Red Robin Bad company service

Visited 2 of your establishments in a 20 minutes period. Was told at both places that there was a 20-25 minute wait to be seated. Parking lots in both locations were practically empty, both establishments inside were also practically empty with plenty of seating available. Excuses that both gave for not being able to be seated was they were trying to catch up because they had just had a rush and the one had a party of 9 that they were catering to. This occurred at approximately 2:00 and 2:20 pm on June 19th. I have been to both of these establishments in the past with them being packed and have never had to wait. We ended up taking our business on Father’s Day elsewhere due to this. Just so you are also aware, we traveled almost an hour just to get to the first location, and another 20 minutes to get to the second and received the same excuse.

Desired outcome: it is unlikely that I or any of my family will be going to any of these establishments if the quality of service does not improve drastically. It would be nice to be compensated for our time and travel expenses

Red Robin Server and service

Server got very rude to us insisted we demanded to be seated we did not we knew there was a ten minute wait we were fine with that. We ordered food n drinks and app and I ordered donuts to go so she could put the order in we waited after paying our bill over twenty minutes and still no donuts she came out after we had to get her attention she argued with us and embarrassed us in front of other customers she was totally in the wrong and was very rude. She stated you knew we were backed up in the kitchen I said thats not my fault but waiting twenty minutes longer after eating and paying the bill is in excess. We asked for the manager. She needs to be retrained they need more help there we don't want her fired but she needs to apologize and correct her attitude

Desired outcome: Retrain her n hire more staff. We are not at fault for her ignorance or their short stiffness period

Red Robin Salad dressing and the quality of the salad

I bought a salad on 06/10/22 at approximately 1300 and salad dressing was so thin that it wouldn't stick to the salad as much as you charge for a salad you would think you would give a good product for the $ it was a carry out

Red Robin Service

June 7, 2022 around 7pm. Me and my wife went to the Red Robin in Tacoma, WA. Visit started OK was seated in the bar area. Was greeted by server (Lynn) and took our order. That would be the last time that we seen her at the table until we wanted to leave. In the mean time out food was delivered. After we started eating we needed some napkins. No one was around until a couple was seated by us. At that time I waved down the person siting the couple he looked at me and told me to hold on and left and came back after he had to do what ever he had to do, so I asked for a few napkins which he brought us. Again that would be the last time anyone would come to our table. My food consisted of 8 fries and my burger same with my wife. I started timing when they would come to offer us a refill which never happened that was about 30min. Finally we had enough and got the waitress to come to the table and we said we wanted to get our check and leave. We had ordered something to go which the waitress had no clue what we ordered. At that time my wife was trying to talk to the waitress and she ignored her. Which I then asked to talk to the manager (Kyle) who was across the room talking to his friends and told the waitress to wait. Which I was furious and got up to leave as I walked to the front desk to pay for my meal the waitress said I had to pay her I told her no and had the person at the front desk take care of my ticket. All the manager did was take off one of the burgers and walk away no why or what happened. I almost forgot while we were waiting for the 30min the manager asked if any of the other tables around us needed anything and walked right by us. Next they had to correct the bill several times. Another thing I noticed the staff was just around the bar talking and laughing. In the mean time there were several tables not bused and there were other people trying to wave down the waitress. I thought if your servers or bussers would look out for each other not here and they should not return to the back empty handed very poor management.

Desired outcome: Left not wanting to go back and would not recommend to our friends and family.Food was good went to the other Red Robin in Lakewood and got the rest of my food to go there.

Red Robin Service was terrible, waitress was not very efficient.

Sunday, May 29,2022 @ 12:47 PM. Restaurant located at 3000 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam. I was there with my husband, daughter and 2 grandchildren. Server - Cat-8 Table 96/1. The order was brought to our table, small detail, but one of childs order screwed up. Food was brought, had to request for cutlery and napkins. Never was any dirty dishes cleared from table. We asked for our bill, was brought and then nothing. After 20 minutes, we had to ask another server if she could please bring machine so that we may pay our bill. This type of service is unacceptable. When we arrived, there was only 1 other full table. Numerous tables were served, paid their bill and left way before us. This waitress lucky that I did not pay the bill, as, she would have received NO tip.
